My boyfriend and I tried Jersey mikes for the very first time and and we were incredibly happy that we tried it, we had to opt for the gluten-free buns which didn’t taste at fresh or soft, which is kind of expected when getting a gluten-free sandwich.
I got a classic ham cheese and tomato sandwich with Mayo. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the flavour.
I wish they added a bit of salt, maybe all-purpose spice, maybe some potato spice, I just need it a little bit more flavour to my sandwich, but overall, we werre very happy.
The service was fantastic to say the least.

I usually order from the Clearwater location. Ordered online and was truly disappointed. 1st the order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after I arrive, 2nd it was very busy once I walked in to pickup my order. Then it was only 2 employees they did the best that could with the volume that they had. Thats why I still provided 3 stars for service. I felt sorry for them. Jersey Mike’s your in a busy location, you should definitely have more staff!

Food is always great at every Jersey Mikes I’ve been to, but the workers and service was a little hectic.
There’s seemed to be a new guy working and there was a little confusion between orders but we worked it all out with a friendly attitude and everything was perfect.

I was there on 2/1/26 around 11:45am–12pm and watched employees repeatedly not change gloves. They touched a pen, bread, toppings, the register, and helped multiple customers with the same gloves. They also cleaned the counter without gloves, didn’t wash their hands, and then continued serving food. This was really concerning and not sanitary at all.

Horrible customer service from a Kevin tall Caucasian guy, it was only suppose to be a turkey salad, but turned out to be a disaster, only because I was starving that I paid for it, no receipt because I was just that upset and embarrassed, I never want to go to an establishment and tell you how to do your job, this is not how you make a salad, I should have just ordered a sub if you did not know how to make a salad. This is my salad that Kevin made for me!
