Jersey Mike’s consistently delivers great food, but what truly set this visit apart was the manager. Their leadership was evident the moment I walked in. The customer service was superb, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly without feeling forced.
The manager paid close attention to every detail, ensuring orders were accurate, the staff stayed engaged, and the atmosphere remained positive and efficient. It’s clear they lead by example, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
On top of that, the food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care, exactly what you expect from Jersey Mike’s, but elevated by the level of service provided.
This location stands out because of strong management and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Jersey Mike’s to others.

It would be a five star if I felt like I got my money’s worth! I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak and it was mostly bread!. Definitely not worth $20.00!!!! I’ve been to other jersey mikes around Bloomingdale and the meat was falling out every bite I took. The cheese was barely melted on my sandwich. I will not eat here again. I’ll drive 20 minutes to Bloomingdale and spend $20 there first!

Ordered a sandwich online for pickup.
I was in a hurry to a meeting up the road, drove 20 minutes to get here specifically and when I arrived they apologized there was NO BREAD.
That’s super crazy but what upset me is that if you have no bread, then you can’t make sandwiches and therefore you have plenty of time to call, email or text your customers that you can not fulfill the order.
Had to go to Pormaderos 2 minutes from them and was late for an important meeting.
We pay your bills, get better/efficient.

Jersey Mikes at this location has always done an outstanding job. Today they were extremely busy. I think a new guy was working today. They had a lot of online orders (like mine) and a lot of people in the store. Busy is an understatement. I walked out 34 minutes after my online order should have been done. Got my order and left but instead of a veggie I got two turkeys. The veggie was for someone who cannot eat meat. Not won’t, can’t, due to a kidney disorder. Traffic was bad and we couldn’t go back so that person didn’t eat right then and we had to stop down the road for something else. Also, no chips. Grrr…. Most of you know how frustrating this is. At the same time, I could see these guys were doing their best to get the orders out and I can’t imagine the pressure they must have felt with people staring them down as they were standing around waiting for their orders. Guys, especially the new guy, don’t get to going so fast you lose sight of the detail. Food can kill. Take your time and do it right. People are already waiting. They will have to wait another 2, or 3, or 4 minutes longer. Yes, they will not be happy. Yes, they will look at you and make noises of displeasure sometimes. But you have to put that out of your head and take your time to get the order right. One peanut can kill someone. The customers will wait. I think in situations like this the customers should be told to take a number and have a seat. We’re getting caught up and will be will you in just a few moments. I think the customers were ok for the most part. No one was raising hell or acting stupid. I think everyone could see how hard these guys were working today. I guess this just goes to show you how good Jersey Mikes is. Everyone wants Jersey Mikes.

This is a Jersey Mike’s location in Valrico, FL. The interior of the restaurant looks new and updated, with nice walls and ceilings. The service was nice and took care of everything well.

I asked why did the 3 people that came in after me got their food. She said we’ll we are busy. I have never seen them cook the food orders in the wrong order.

As usual, they are never short from perfection. Combine a great looking and tasting sub with the excellent customer service from the team and you have an amazing dinning experience. Shane who was at the garnish station seems like he makes the sandwiches for the ads! I saw him make someone else’s sandwich and I wanted to take a picture it looked so perfect! Definitely recommend this location.

Just spent over 30.00 dollars for 1 giant gf sandwich meal and 1 extra drink. Such a waste of money. The sandwich was mainly bread and lettuce,tomatoes, etc. Barely any meat at all. I realize certain product may have gone up some. However, no excuse for such a poorly made sandwich. Just no excuse.

My go-to is a Giant #8-Club, Mike’s way with a kick of added jalapeños and pepper relish on parmesan rosemary bread. All things considered(time, cost, taste, size, ingredients), it’s the best sandwich, made fresh, made quick, by the best sandwich makers in the business. I use the app to order and it’s always ready by the time I arrive, plus I get points to use on future orders! Now I’m hungry just thinking about it…
