Do yourself a favor and drive right past this location without stopping. The quality and service have gone downhill. I ordered a sandwich through the mobile app to be picked up. I arrived at the time I was told that my order would be ready. I inquired at the counter about my order and I was told that it wasn’t ready yet, so I patiently waited. I stood there, watching customer after customer being taken off of the line and their sandwiches being made while mine was just sitting there waiting to be finished. They probably did at least 5-7 orders from walk ins before I asked again about my sandwich. It was now 5 to 7 minutes after the time I was promised it would be ready. I was told by the manager that they were required to take walk-ins before they took online or call in orders. I asked how that made any sense because I could’ve just walked in and gotten my order quicker. It defeats the purpose of doing an online order. There was no apology or anything offered and I continue to wait. They took five or six more customers off the line and at that point I had someplace I needed to be so I told them that I just wanted a refund on my order. Suddenly they decided that they would make my sandwich. I will also add that they were four or five other people with order ahead orders that were also waiting like me. I told the manager that it was unacceptable how they handled this situation and I said that I wasn’t going to be coming back. I was told by the manager “good we don’t need people like you anyway” What a horrible way to handle a paying customer and loyalty member. I guess I won’t be returning because the manager doesn’t want people like me.

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s recently and had such a great experience thanks to Steve, Brady, and Carter. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, polite, and had great energy. You could tell they genuinely cared about providing good service and making sure every customer left happy.
I ordered two chicken salad sandwiches, and they were made fresh and exactly how I like them. Everything was neat, quick, and served with a smile. What really stood out to me was how well these three worked together — they had an easy teamwork vibe that made the whole atmosphere positive.
It’s always nice to see young people taking pride in their work and treating customers kindly. I left impressed and will definitely be back. Big thanks to Steve, Brady, and Carter for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Ordering through the mobile app makes it simple to pick up lunch! The Philly Cheese steak has been my go to because of how tasty it is! I am usually an Italian guy but wow! Always greeted when entering the store and love seeing the manager on duty conducting an efficient shift (as a restaurant manager myself). Thank you for your service!

It’s definitely a 5-star sub shop! They staff is fun, helpful, and attentive. The #17 Steak and cheese is really good and cooked while you wait. If you’re really hungry, get a whole sub. Otherwise, a regular is plenty. Everything is fresh and cut to order. You can dine in, sidewalk seating, or take-out, of course. Always consistent with well trained staff.

Saddest sub Ive had in a long time period. To start the was a giant hair in the sandwich. I thought it was annoying but odd considering everyone seemed to have hairnets or hats and gloves. I ordered a turkey sub and I got 3 measly little pieces of meat. The whole sandwich just tasted like bread and veggies. I literally put more turkey on a kids sandwich for school thats half the size than they put on a $10+ sub thats really only half a sub.
