This place has turned into a dump. I come a few times a week and cant take the nasty floors that ya feet stick to its so bad now but has been this way for months, theg stop cleaning???. Always have to clean my table as they are all filthy. Im done ill go somewhere else.

Ordered the large 17 like always. Use to always have awsome subs here. Im not spending 20$ anymore on a sub that barely has any meat. It looked like they used a small portion size meat for a large and threw melted provolone over it to cover it. Corporations are getting too cheap these days and charging more on the custermers.. i did say somthing to the manager and asked if they changed the size or the cooked messed up. 10 minutes later he decided to give me a side of philly meat but my sandwich was 3/4 done by the time he brought it over

We ordered two subs, one they got completely wrong and the other one had very little meat! (See picture, that sub is a club) And for 40 bucks this is a rip off! When I called and asked about why one sandwich was wrong the person said sometimes the app gets the sandwiches wrong….. Jersey mikes has fallen off so much I will not be eating at any of their places.

Nice shared parking lot with a few other businesses. Come in, stand in line to order. Sandwiches are freshly made. Prices are reasonable. Employees are friendly enough.

I’m here right now visiting this location before a meeting. Had a roast beef Sub.
The staff seems caring which is great, but hygiene is my concern. Erik was preparing my sub. He didn’t seem to hear what I was saying re what to add on it which is odd as I’m a public speaker and everyone understands what I say.
Mostly the concern is that he was already wearing the gloves but touched his nose while working on my sub. I saw another staff member doing it again just moments ago.
This makes me feel concerned about hygiene. Hope they improve on this.

This is the All time best Jersey Mike’s in South Florida I don’t care what anybody says. All the staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The manager always greets me with a contagious smile and connects with me on a personal level. Always asking customers how their day is going and really just going above and beyond. I literally drive out of my way whenever I’m not at work and want jersey mikes to come to this location. And I live in lake worth so that should say quite a lot. Not only is the service amazing, my sandwiches always come out perfect. Either hot or cold I know my meal is going to be delicious! Thank you to this jersey mikes team for always giving me a 10/10 experience!

Do you close at 9pm on Thursdays? I’m actually confused, as I come to this JM location often, but usually during the daytime. Yesterday (5/22) I worked a 13 hour nursing shift at St. Mary’s, and was too exhausted to cook dinner, so I stopped at the Woolbright JM for a couple of subs for me and my partner on my way home. This was at 8:40pm. The staff on was so unfriendly, not only to me but also to the customer who was ahead of me in line. I get if you’re tired, and you’re trying to clean up and get out of there for the night…but don’t you dare be rude to customers, some of whom probably worked harder than you that day. I spent $48.69–for two subs–and then tipped $10 on top of that, figuring maybe that would soften the fact that I came in close to closing. (Mind you, I was out of there before 9pm) Nope. Not even a thank you. The woman who cooked my sub and brought it to me was rude, and the guy at the counter was rude. Like I’m the enemy or something? Charleys is right next door, and Wawa is right across the street. You might want to hone customer service skills, because there are other options in the area.

Not really a sub. Bread was not hero quality More of a sandwich. Rude staff except for the girl working the register. Major attitude from the girl adding the add ons. No idea of customer service. Phone call was inaudible. You only get one chance at a first impression. I was trying find something new. No management. I’m used to a good New York hero.
