I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs with my uncles to grab some sandwiches, and we all really liked them. The service was friendly and the attention was good. We only waited around 10 minutes, which was great since everything tasted fresh and well made. The place felt clean and organized, and the sandwiches were flavorful and satisfying. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely go back for another meal.

This is usually our go to spot for our sub fix M-F today we went in on the weekend 1/31/26 just after 12PM and it was totally different. Walk in and get a dirty look from girl with dark hair standing next to cashier. Slow service. Staff asked if we wanted cheese never said there was an up charge. Didn’t cut the sandwich in half so the spicy stuff got on the plain half. First bite there was a hair in the sandwich, the bread was chewy not fresh. My guess is the weekend crew is different from the rest of the week. The vibe was not friendly at all. Wish we would’ve walked out when greeted with an unfriendly face.

Jersey Mike’s is a causal submarine sandwich chain. Founder of the company, Peter Cranco purchased his first sandwich shop in 1975 at the age of 17 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I really love a cold sub for dinner when the summer heat makes me too lethargic to cook. Picking up a quick dinner sure beats turning on the oven. I was passing through West Palm Beach and late to get home when I discovered this Jersey Mike’s location in the Palm Beach Marketplace right off I-95. As I am a Jersey girl I appreciate the New Jersey/ Point Pleasant graphics on the wall. You can order hot subs like a Philadelphia cheese steak, cold subs, sides, drinks, and desserts.
I ordered the giant Super Sub with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I really like that they slice the meat fresh for your sandwich. It’s then topped and dressed the way you like it. The friendly staff who works here really hustled. I was in and out and back on my way quickly. They have a rewards club that you can join and earn points to redeem for free food. When I need a fast meal I always find that their subs are delicious.

I am literally in the parking lot eating my sub & it’s absolutely delicious.. chicken and mushroom cheesesteak omg its hot and juicy & perfect! Best I have had! Will be back to this location asap!
