I read all these bad reviews. We ordered ahead of time with gift cards . And everything was fine . My only problem was I missed it a few times driving around the block . But that’s a personal problem. lol . The staff there was working very hard . And everything was clean. I would recommend them . I got 2 loaded Italian subs. And was perfectly happy

I called in ordering 4 sandwiches. I was told I could pickup in 15 minutes. It took me over 20 minutes to arrive but nothing was ready. I was told it would be ready in 3 minutes and the employee walked away to talk with other employees. I finally got my sandwiches 15 minutes later while many other customers were leaving with lunches.

It will be a long time before I ever go back.

Need better training on handling food. As Chris was preparing my sandwich, he was touching his face with his gloves and then after putting too much mustard on my sandwich, I asked if he could take some off. He then proceeded to use his finger to swipe some mustard off my sandwich. Certainly not an appropriate way to handle food prep. His sweat also drips on the food.

I been to this location plenty of times with no issues but today i went to this location and my experience was terrible.. the woman that was starting the orders at the beginning of the line was very rude, aggressive, and nasty with the customers for no reason at all. from the beginning i told her what i wanted and instead of giving me that she started to pick entirely different meats than the ones for my sub (#8) so i asked her what it was as i had never seen it and she told me it was italian sausage i let her know i did not want that. she started to make noises and mumble under her breath but i let it go.. once we moved onto toppings she was intentionally putting absurd amounts of food on the sub… the last straw was her basically throwing the handful of lettuce onto the sandwich.. my thing is no one asked you to work here. if you’re too lazy to do your job correctly then don’t work. don’t come outside spreading your nasty negative energy no one wants you around if that’s all you’re gonna do.

They put so much oil on my sandwich, it was not edible. It was greasy and the bread was so wet and mushy. It was so obvious they put way too much oil. They should have corrected it before serving it.

Trying to eat some delicious lunch without the added carbs. Try the sub in a tub! That’s what they call them. Pretty much you ask for any of your favorite cold subs and you tell them no bread, I want it in a tub/salad. They put all the ingredients of your sub in a bed of lettuce! Delicious! Best thing, it’s that if you don’t finish it, you don’t worry about a soggy break, you can eat it later.

We ordered 13 sandwiches yesterday for our company. Two of the hot ones had very subpar portions of protein. So bad, that 1/4 of one sandwich had zero meat. I actually drove to them and showed them, not trying to get a freebie or anything. Here’s the kicker…. I got with the young manager fellow and told him….. His reply, “oh, thanks for telling me.”……. and then the uncomfortable silence followed…. LOL…… Terrible product, attitude and customer service. There are a lot of better other options than Jersey Mike’s.

I ordered a turkey and swiss giant sub today and while the subs have gotten expensive, everything has however the amount of meat I received was totally unacceptable. It was all bread and lettuce.

Ordered food from this location. Had it delivered and it was the wrong sandwich. Including items I am allergic to. Called to get my correct sandwich, Manager stated that I would have to order and pay for a new one since I have the sandwich and they will not deliver a new one, they are busy.

Delivered: Ham, Salami, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Oil and Vinegar, and a bunch of other items.
