I had zero problems with the employees and the food was fast and fresh. Good drink selection of Pepsi products. Easy to build a vegetarian sub, but not sure if the bread is vegan. Small like most of these places, so be prepared to take it with you

Lazy workers!! Order 30 minutes before closing and instead of turning off the to go order option.. they decided to make my sandwich with the scraps that were left. I paid EXTRA for EXTRA bacon.. can you believe this was the sandwich and they tried to overcompensate for the door preparation & added extra snacks!?!?!?

Always enjoy a good sub but not here. 7:25 employee turned off the open sign and started putting up chairs. He was then expressive on how excited he was to get out of there. Out front sign says till 9pm. Guess that guy doesn’t know how companies make money?

The employees of this place act like they hate working here and that any customer that comes in is a waste of their time. Smashed my sandwich down and didnt even cut it all the way. Absolutely soaked with vinegar and the bread was mostly soggy. Disappointed.

If they get 25% of your order correct it’s a miracle. Don’t even bother trying to call, they don’t answer. I bet the phones not even plugged in which is perfect since they don’t have any accountability. The parts of the order was correct was just soggy from vinegar, all the reviews that caution you from ordering are correct. Avoid!!

This place is the worst! Ordered with Uber Eats at 7:45. Waited an hour and then Uber canceled the order and another driver went there to pick up the food. It showed him just sitting there so I called Jersey Mikes three times and no one answered. Messaged the uber driver at 8:40 and he said the place is closed! I’m sorry I didn’t order from Fire House Subs in the first place.

Wait was too long because no leadership and the cook needs to do something else! They were somewhere so we waited and waited then they dried out everything so gross!

This location SUCKS! The employees have no desire to work. I went today 12/17 @8:45pm, there was 3 employee I was the only customers and my order took over 30’mins (1 famous Philly) to then receive it and it was done completely wrong. Sunday Nov 2 @ approx 130p. Remember the SOUP NAZI from Seinfeld. Thats the Spanish looking kid with black rimmed glasses and a mini pony tail that was taking orders. Shouting. WHAT WAS THAT!! and I’ll have a soft drink NAH THATS LATER. NOW SANDWICH ONLY! Bathroom was occupied for 15-20 min. Customer: Sir is there someone in bathroom or do I need key? He BARKED: IS IT LOCKED? yes sir. THERES SOMEONE IN THERE! YOU can go next door. Minutes later a female employee walks out. Only one bathroom in place. Also just overall rudeness in tone and condescending shortness. Also Sandwiches just sat on counter and we had to ask ARE THOSE OURS. YEAH. He has a sort of New York accent. Big mess. Dude later started to work the hot plate grill and was munching on food. LOL. Bottom line No customer likes to be treated in such a condescending way. This is isn’t KNEW Yalk!! Maybe this kid needs to be talked to. Maybe just maybe he doesn’t realize because of where he comes from but you would think it’s common sense.
