I was in Publix and stood in line to get a sub, but the way that they were just throwing them together, didn’t look appealing. So I left.
I originally went to the Jersey Mike’s on Miramar Parkway and Red Road. It was only 4:30 in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter told me they were out of bread. Granted it was New Year’s Eve, but they closed at 6:00 PM and it was only 4:30 PM.
From there, I drove all the way down to this Jersey Mike’s, where Ken took his time and put together a perfect sandwich for me. It was only after he was done that I had explained my prior two stops and how much it meant to see him take the care he did in putting together my sandwich. I promised you a review, bro here it is. Merry Christmas. Thanks you again.

When dining in the other day before I left I paired the gentlemen that was working that day. They were all so kind and knowledgeable of what they’re serving their customers. The place is clean and neat. The staff is incredible. I made sure to ask them their names to this review because people often get busy and don’t remember to highlight employees. They went above and beyond. Johnathan, Johnny and Kenneth keep up the outstanding job. Workplaces need more employees like you all. I will definitely be back soon.

Great food- but even better service. Q was so nice! I didn’t get her name but the girl with the fresh daisy tattoo was great too! Refreshing to go somewhere where the employees arnt cranky!

Ran in to the best trio of Jersey Mike Employees. These guys were slinging Cheese Steaks like I was at Genos Steaks. Great attitude and even better food. Cheers boys. Make sure you look for Chayanne,Cowboy, and Ken next time you come in.

The staff at Jersey Mike’s iin the 160th ave location Fabian, Kenneth, and Emma are amazing! I ordered a very large order and they did not flinch. They were super nice and professional and were kind which I appreciated the most! The food was delicious and packed to go immaculately. It is reassuring to see individuals who take pride in what they do and give positive energy to customers. They deserve all the best!!!

What a wonderful team, excellent customer service and top quality subs. We had ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub and a Spicy Italian sub and both subs were absolutely delicious!! Kenneth was very attentive and made sure our visit was the best!!

I’m a regular here at this specific Jersey mikes location. Fabian and Kenneth are great! They have great customer service skills and they both have great attitudes. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. They were patient. It did get very busy and they both worked together and got everyone in and out in a timely manner with smiles on their faces. Thank you once again for everything! Everything was fresh and good.

This isnt worth a peny for how expensive the subs are. This is the one of the worst food places a ever been. Not a good customer service. Employees work with attitude. Dirty store, all the tables were dirty with rest of food, disgusting beverages dispenser, not even talk about restroom. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! Employees are the worst part.
