A fine watch movement is how the team that worked there when I stopped in did their tasks. Ordered, was asked if I wanted it Mike’s way and what items I wanted on it. By the time I reached the register, it was wrapped and sitting there bewildering me if it was mine or not…it was. Had to be 37 seconds from ordering to paying. My head’s still spinning. Very important part is my wife just had surgery with the fasting lasting about 16 hours. Great job, people.

We think they have the best Italian Sub, done Mike’s Way at Jersey Mike’s. The subs are large, so I ordered the “mini” which is basically a regular size. Very friendly staff.

The Sebastian location is ALWAYS out of bread. Most of the time they are out of white, we do a mobile order and they don’t even call, they wait until you get there to ask if a different bread is ok and then start making it then. Tonight they were completely OUT of bread. Not one bread option. A sub shop with no bread.

I placed an online order and when I arrived (at an empty store), I was a few minutes early. No big deal. However, 10 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready, I had already watched 3 online orders come and go, in addition to multiple walk in guests.
When I asked what else my order was waiting on, I received “there was a mix up on your order so it’s being remade.” with a Gen-Z stare.
My thoughts is, why wouldn’t they make my order in front of all others to fix their mistake? Instead they put me at the back of the line.
No thank you to this location anymore. If you want Jersey Mike’s around here, go to the new one off Babcock. So far, at least they have good organization and customer service.
