Love their subs, so delicious and fresh. I eat here once a week. I always get the number 7 turkey and provolone with the bacon that’s so crispy. They have super nice efficient customer service and it’s fast plus super clean. There’s seating inside and out. They also have a rewards system for free subs!

Very disappointing experience here. I ordered here while on vacation from Uber Eats- whom i reached out to about this- but the order came incorrect and missing items.We ordered two similar sandwiches with two bags of chips and a drink. No chips or drink came and the sandwiches came flipped around. They added ingredients we did not ask for and some ingredients to one sandwich that was meant to be on the other. That’s a half missing order with two wrong sandwich’s. Like i said i reached out to uber about this who dismissed this and did not help at all. It is just not right that i paid for an order that was incorrect and half missing. Disgusting

Can you believe it that this is a sandwich shop that cannot heat up your sandwich. But there’s good news there is a Publix just around the corner and they can do anything to your sandwich the way you want it. So don’t waste your time at Jersey Mike’s just head on over to Publix they’re way better quality meats and they can actually make a hot sandwich.

I had ordered online and had my sandwich delivered to work, I ordered the Jersey Shores Favorite. I did not add Mayo on it and it came plastered with Mayo, I called the store and spoke to a man he then was telling some lady in the store I could here them talking she told him to tell me to bring it back in and she would make me what I wanted if I bring it back in. The woman got on the phone and immediately said she was the General Manager and that she did not primary on my sandwich she was very very rude to me I told her all I wanted was to credit the sandwich back to my card, I will admit I was very frustrated with her because of her immediate reaction and denying it, I told her why would I call if it wasn’t right, but she kept saying she didn’t put it on the sandwich and she hung the phone up on me. I called back and she was still rude to me as I told her I wanted it back on my card, she advised she would do that and proceeded to tell me NEVER to call that store again. We have 13 people in our office that order from that location and now they have lost our business for good! This General Manager should be FIRED! She has no customer service skills at all!

No one cares anymore about customer service. I called to place an order and they didn’t even know how to listen to what I wanted to buy. That’s the problem today no one talks to each other, they just keep pushing everything to the social meeting, on-line or e- mail then they don’t have answer to anyone. I can wait till it crashes for a couple weeks and no one will know what to do. Then they will have to talk to people.

I stopped in for a roast beef sub and asked for it to be dressed “Mike’s Way” and add some pickles. To my surprise it had mayonnaise coated on it. I have eaten at many Jersey Mikes and never had anyone add mayonnaise to a “Mike’s Way” request. I will say the staff were friendly and the store seemed to be very clean.

I only paid because I don’t like to waste food. Girl and guy were rude, and the girl was literally throwing our subs together. Its a mess, bacon is literally raw, asked 4 times for “everything” but she didn’t put it on and then said thats because everything means Mike’s way. She was miserable. I’m a kill em with kindness kind of person but they didn’t care. Horrible experience.
