Hello, hello I am a little disappointed. I am a long time customer for years. And it seems like the nighttime steak and cheese have gone from little to little to very little. And it was slobberly done. I’m sending a picture over you. Did refund my money back? Thank you very much, and I still have at least 4 or 5 free sandwiches. And I’ll be thinking twice about getting those, but thank you. So much the Jersey mikes in New York, awesome here used to be awesome too. In College Park, don’t get me wrong. The crew definitely something of an experience but best of luck. Thank you so much happy holidays

Couldn’t even use my free combo coupon because it was a screenshot from the app (per the discretion of the manager). Literally every other JM takes coupons as long as they are not expired. Great job looking out for costumers. Plus place was a little messy and cheesesteak had little meat. Girl at the register seemed to hate her team. Just know to avoid this location in the future.

Great people, great food as always but their AC was out and it was soooo hot. Just watching those poor employees work in those conditions made me mad and I was only in there for 5 min. They said the AC has been out for like 2 months?!?! Are you serious??? This is Florida! The building owner needs to get their shit together.

Staff are nice and food is good, I did have a super long wait to get my sandwich. A bit longer of a wait then I’ve experienced at any other Jersey Mike’s location so I guess they could hire more staff or something to improved on that.

Decent sub but this location is a mess. They managed to misplace my sub while I was paying. If you order in person, it takes forever to get through the line because they spend most of their time taking care of the online orders.
