I ordered a chicken sub. I did not care for it at all, if I had eaten there I would have gotten my money back..its just me..others have told me they like their subs as for me I will pass. Needs alot of compassion in the quality of the food. I may give it another try just to be fair..but not the same sub..

5 stars! 5 stars! Wonderful and amazing staff! They’re all super friendly definitely look like they love what they do. Although they look very young they’re very professional and that’s hard to come by these days in my opinion! One person that really stood out to me was I believe she said her name was bre, beautiful young lady, she had many subs and smiled throughout everyone including a very rude older woman. I placed my order online without a problem and everything I was looking forward to was available or so it seemed. I am pregnant and the only thing I was looking forward to considering I can barely keep down a meal was the Parmesan Rosemary bread. I got home and pulled out my kids sandwiches and their white bread was hard and dry I then proceeded to pull out my sandwich to find it on white bread even more upset. I then pulled out my husband’s sandwich in hopes that his was at least on the rosemary Parmesan bread but it was not. I immediately tried to contact the store and pressed 7 for an associate and got a busy signal. I waited another minute and tried again and still a busy signal. I am extremely disappointed as Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sub places mainly for the bread. I’m now sitting here disappointed and annoyed and never want to return to the location.

An amazing experience. There was almost no wait time, the food tasted amazing (I got the Jersey Shore Favorite, Mikes Way), and the service was very good. The guy who made our sandwich was very nice, and came in clutch when my card started to not work. Additionally, try the vanilla soda, it is one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Truly a sub above the rest.

I am tired of incompetence. Told them wheat bread and they went to put it on White bread. A cheese steak only takes 3 minutes to cook. Ordered two giant one sat on there for 5 minutes the other set for another 3 minutes that were put on the same time. The one that took 5 minutes they left two bites of the steak on the grill. I ordered a Philly cheese Giant w/extra provolone cheese. I saw the worker slice off 6 slices of provolone. Somehow, the extra cheese never made it to the sandwich. Very dry. That much cheese doesn’t disappear in the sandwich. Not enough onions and peppers as well. Bad deal
