The manager Kaitlyn was very disrespectful to her employees in front of a lot of clients. I own a big corporation if she worked for me she should be out the door in two seconds. Meanwhile she’s on FaceTime on her cell phone the whole time while her workers are busting their butt and are super sweet. She’s very disrespectful and was disrespecting them in front of a bunch of clients that were very unhappy about it and it needs to be known. I’m also gonna put this request on the Better Business Bureau as well. I come here quite a bit and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. I’ve had enough of it. I am legal advisor. I’ll keep it as simple as that, but that’s not tolerated that environment. There is hostile and not cool. Once again her name is Kaitlyn that was completely disrespectful to all of her people in front of a lot of customers. The two girls work there at the time two young blonde girls very sweet, very professional and also Quick and took the criticism with a green assault, but I’ve seen this too many times it needs to be addressed or I will make sure it’s addressed with the city

Well I’ve never eaten at a jersey mikes before but I have worked at jimmy johns. I’m not sure if this is normal. But let me start by saying. The staff were very nice. Just slow with the order I was picking up.
While at the Jersey mikes. I noticed the meat slapped up against the glass in the refrigerator area along with meats ready to be sliced on raw metal without any wrapping or anything to keep it from spoiling. In my opinion, This is by far, I’m sanitary and I would say that this establishment may have a few health concerns that may make you sick when eating here

Shouldn’t Have
2 years ago I wrote this review. And nothing’s changed next paragraph my new review
I am tired of incompetence. Told them wheat bread and they went to put it on White bread. A cheese steak only takes 3 minutes to cook. Ordered two giant one sat on there for 5 minutes the other set for another 3 minutes that were put on the same time. The one that took 5 minutes they left two bites of the steak on the grill. Told them never mind that one’s burnt. Then walked out.
New update. Nothing has changed walked in and there’s two giant cheese steaks already cooking on the grill ordered mine and was watching and it is the other two burnt. Mine is on there I told the kid that’s enough put the cheese on it take it off. That was already too late because it was dry and burn. Remove my end I had to wait a while and pay for my cheesesteak the other two were still cooking after I paid and left. Whoever ordered them should be totally pissed off this is probably the is Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Nowhere near the money should have went to LaSpada’s instead. PS they only have two types of rolls white and Parmesan Parmesan was disgusting and the cheese were burned on it.

I am a Jersey Mike lover . But when u go into a location and people walking around on there cell phones and there’s customers right there is just rude. Two the staff is better friendly once they do pay attention to the guest. But when u call to speak to someone they r rude and don’t kno how to handle customers . My sandwich was made wrong called bout it got told to hold on the got called rude and racist just because I was giving a discretion of the people that handle the order from the sandwich maker to the cashier I am a black woman r we for real . Then I got hUNG up on By TAMMY THE ASSITANT MANAGER just cuz I told her I was on my lunch break when I purchased my sandwich and instead of saying sorry she told me to bring back the sandwich which I can’t do I’m working SO SHE SAYS Called back ask for general manager Shanice answered calms the phone has just been randomly hanging up on people u know when a call drops and when someone hangs str8 up on you and Tammy hung up the phone . Shanice offered to remake it and someone deliver it cool. But now the sandwich taste burnt and is a little burnt the meat is. At this location they need better customer service skills telling me to bring sandwich back that’s all they cared about instead of me being hungry and unable to return to store . I am thankful that they took time out to drive it over . This isn’t about getting someone in trouble it’s being aware of ur place of business

I have been coming here for years. Kimi our sandwich angel has always been very attentive, very hygiene conscious, sanitizing her station and changing her gloves, makes delicious sandwiches. She is the reason I continue to come to this location. I enjoy Jersey Mike sandwiches but it’s even better with customer service.

Absolutely horrible service! I placed an online order for pick up, it stated my subs would be ready at 8:13pm BUT when I got inside at 8:12pm they hadn’t even started my sandwiches yet. BUT the worse part is there wasn’t anyone in the store BUT me and another guy waiting on HIS order to be made!! DO NOT recommend this place at all… the worker acted like she didn’t even want to make my sandwiches and was annoyed that I was there before they were even made!

Without question, this is the biggest ripoff in the history of sandwiches. I just paid $23 for a “giant” cheesesteak with “extra cheese,” which was far from giant and far from extra cheese.
The bread is godawful, incredibly pale and soft, and was not toasted at all.
The steak was flavorless and there was a fairly small amount of it.
The onions were almost nonexistent.
When I pay $3 for extra cheese, I want to see it oozing out of the sandwich all over the place. The amount of cheese mine had wouldn’t even be satisfactory for a regular cheesesteak without an extra cheese upgrade.
Pathetic all around.

When I want a nice sub I go to jersey mikes! This location is my go to. The staff is always nice and no matter how I place my order online or over the counter it is always made with care. Kami was so nice and also the other staff☺️
