The guys closing tonight were amazing especially the guy that took my order and rang me up. They only had wheat bread left ( which I never like to get)and I was emotional from a tragedy going on in my life and he made it up to me for dealing and still getting subs cause I just wanted to get dinner and go back home. I placed an online order for delivery. In my instructions I ask “My wife is pregnant, please toast the meat to kill bacteria.” She called me within 5 min of the order being placed and said “This is Jersey Mikes (I wish she gave me her name so she gets the proper kudos), I wanted to let you know we do not toast our subs unfortunately. Would your wife be willing to order a hot sub, at no extra charge, to replace her Italian #13 order so it’s cooked?” My wife is a nurse, and trying to communicate is tough enough while she works, so I told her, “I probably won’t get a response from her for a while, can you just throw the meat on the stove top to cook it?” She said “Unfortunately we cannot, company policy to avoid cross contamination” (or something close to how she phrased it. Super super super nice about it and apologetic)
I said no worries, can you just pack the meat separately, and put the toppings on the bread, so I can warm up the meat separately when it gets here and she said, “ Yes. I can defiantly do something like that for you”.
When the food showed up, it looked like the photo attached!
Bread separately packaged. Toppings separately packaged. Meat separately packaged. Now, when my wife gets home from a long 14hr day of work, she doesn’t have to eat soggy bread and I can assemble her sub so it’s hot and fresh for her!
Thank you so much for your customer service, Ma’am. It’s the little acts of kindness like this that mean the most. Thank you for taking care of our first responders, and my hero !

The price for what you get is horrible and I will ask my community to stop supporting this place. It’s crazy to charge 10 dollars for a half sub with minimal meat and toppings . Please move along.

Easily the best cheesesteaks and sub sandwiches from any chain in the wide area north of Orlando!! Very friendly and helpful staff! Just don’t come for atmosphere, there isn’t any, and that is perfectly OK. Can’t eat or drink atmosphere!

I walked into the store w/ my friend to pick up an online order. We wanted to buy chips additionally but no one came to help us. The store was empty. As we waited 10 min for staff (there were 4) we watched our mobile order sit on the counter instead of the “prepared to-go” rack. Food was normal no complaints.

I ordered lunch for our shop Inlign Automotive. They did an amazing job catering our lunch boxes for all the employees. Everything was delicious, labeled, and packed perfectly. Best catering I have had for shop lunch in a long time and will defiantly be back! Thanks to the 2 ladies preparing them.

Ordered for delivery and it came sooner than estimated. The food was delicious, and they listened to our special request instructions:) my husband and I were super happy since this was basically our first time eating after not being able to since we were in bed for days badly sick… this is what we were craving and our craving was definitely satisfied!!

I’ve picked up a few subs on the way home from work, and the online ordering is convenient. The food has been prepared timely and with good quality. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Price is fair given the portions. Chicken Philly, Club Sub, Italian, and Philly Cheesesteak are the go to.

The location is great as well as food, however the atmosphere and energy is not as positive and welcoming as Jersey Mike’s on Red Bug. I also felt rushed and it was not busy. The Red Bug location’s team all ALWAYS holler out to welcome and greet you at the door in a very happy and energetic way. They also take the time to chat and joke while preparing for the food. Take out is always ready and waiting.
Hopefully the vibe improves at this new location.
