1pm on a Monday. Over half the tables are full and more people in-line ordering, 4 workers up front. The employees are AWESOME. Friendly, cracking jokes, taking orders, and whipping out these subs WITH SPEED. Even told us about the double points Monday at this location with ease. We’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never seen a Jersey Mike’s so efficient.

Sandwiches were good but heavy set lady behind the counter was rude and zero customer service skills! We came in Sunday 2/15 @ 11:30AM and there was only one other customer. There were two employees working, the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful but the younger lady was rude and very unhelpful. She acted like she didn’t want to please the customer. We asked for my girlfriends gluten free roll to be put on the flat top to soften it up and she didn’t want to do it until we asked the other helpful older gentleman employee. We didn’t feel very welcome from here during the entire experience. Customer service is a large part of her job and she acts like customers don’t matter. Always love my Jersey Mike’s subs but have never dealt with a ruder employee than her at any Jersey Mike’s. Hopefully she learns to be more helpful and less rude in the future.

On a busy Friday, I ordered from the wrong JM. They directed me to this location but it was still the wrong one. It was my mistake so I just decided to order while I was here. Three team members, a young lady and two older gentlemen were kind, thoughtful, and compassionate towards this crazy social worker. I will never go to another location because this team, and my lunch, were the best! Thank you, lunch angels

I was treating myself and my family to a rare Philly cheese steak treat. The bread and the chopped meat and cheese were very good but they put pickled peppers on it which ruined it. A Philly cheesesteak is supposed to have caramelized onions and peppers not pickled and the pickling flavor took over the sandwich.

Can never go wrong with a sub from Jersey Mike’s. My only complaint is that they no longer serve Meatball subs.

Gabe and Christi are some of the best people I’ve ever seen working in a sub shop. They have energy, they make great conversation, and they made me an amazing Chicken Chipotle Cheese steak (#42). The store is also clean which is very important to me. Haven’t been to this location in a few years but I will be stopping by more often when I’m in the area.
By the way, I was not asked to write this review or given any promotional offer for doing this, only mentioned because I just so happened to notice there is a nearly identical review from less than an hour before my visit. I would return just to see them again.

I went for lunch and wanted a big salad and this sub and a tub did not disappoint. I didn’t realize how much went into a sub without the bread. This will be my go to on those days when I want a nice sub without the bread. The staff were busy working, but with smiling faces. everything was fresh and I do love the red peppers. That’ll be a new addition to my sub.
