WOW! It is 8:25 pm, and they close at 9pm. The guy with long hair had such an attitude with us ordering that we walked out. When I say attitude, I mean after rudely taking our order he SLAMMED our order card down on the counter top by the register. After I told him to forget our order, he smiled and nodded. His whole intention was to get us out of there. This establishment just lost customers!

The crew working today and the location in general was probably the best experience I have had in any sub shop and jersey mikes. They not only asked about my day and talked to me while I waited but they were genuinely nice and respectful people. They all deserve raises and high praise.

Not the original Jersey Mike’s sandwich. Ate sandwich’s from here two years ago and tonight got the same sandwich’s but a lot less meat on them. Most businesses that sell out reduce meat and raise prices. Won’t waste my money there any more!

This is a go-to spot if you want something fast, healthy, and tasty. We have ordered from this location several times for pick-up while visiting family in Valparaiso. What I think is great about Jersey Mikes is the fact that it fits several diet preferences at the same time. Our family includes vegans, vegetarians, and full-on carnivores so it is great to have a place we can all visit and get something fast, well-made, and tasty without the hang-ups of most fast food establishments.

Food was good. What is appaling is the condition of the eating and drinks area. There were no other guests dining in when we were there. Every table was filthy as was the drink self service area. I watched two employees just hanging out doing nothing. I used hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table for us. I think there is a bit of a management expectation problem. . . and obviously an employee motivation issue.
