1/24/26 visited the location at Shoreline Village shopping center next to West Marine. The store was clean. The food was fresh. The service was fast. The gentleman cutting meat was from Baton Rouge. Tall skinny guy. This gentleman was personable, friendly, and greeted us very warmly. He was knowledgeable of products/selection when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. He was patient and engaging. When we got our food and there were no other customers waiting to be served, he went out in the dining area and engaged customers. He assisted a mother with a small child and told her he would clean the table. The level of customer service he provided was above and beyond most quick service restaurants you encounter nowadays. The corporation needs to recognize the excellence in this employee and he should be rewarded for being a top-not h employee providing a level of service rarely found in his generation. Kudos to him.

Decent Jersey Mike’s location, if not a little bit worse than the average one. Our bread was pretty stale, and the toppings tasted past their prime. Nothing was inedible, and I can always finish a Club Sub in minutes.

Tajuan and Paisley. Came in here for my grandsons Birthday and these two treated him like royalty. Made him and all of us feel special. What a great spot to drop in for a quick and great meal. Thanks you two for everything.

I typically wouldn’t leave a review for a chain restaurant, but I had to shoutout the man working today around lunch. I wish my boyfriend and I got his name! I believe he was the manager on shift, and he was so charismatic and nice. He deserves all the raises in the world and I hope his pillow is cold on both sides.

No choice of breads. Limited toppings for subs. Tuna fish sub was mushy, tuna fish mix too watery. Steak sub okay. Overpriced sub shop for below average subs. Would not return.
