Foods great and service workers were polite and kind. But I made my order at 11:26 and didn’t get my sub until 11:52, so over 25 minutes to get my sub. It’s a bit much, even though I understand it was a hot sub.

Sorry for the book!!!
Walked in with maybe 10 guests in the store most waiting on To-go orders stood behind the 1 other person waiting in line to order, waited 10 minutes without a “we will be with you shortly or welcome” I was talking with my mother in-law regarding our last experience at this location and we hadn’t been back in a year because of it but wanted to give it a second chance. The women in front of us said she hasn’t been helped yet as well, the employee was cutting 1 piece of meat at a time and placing it on the sandwich like he was on a cooking show presenting to judges. All of the sandwiches were To-go orders (7 tickets at once) and he kept getting confused on what order went to what. So was taking longer then if he was working one order at a time. While waiting 4 customers walked and waiting like 2 minutes and walked out. So that says a lot about this location. We waited another 5 minutes for him to finish up the 7 tickets, then he finally asked the woman in front of us what she wanted he cut the bread it was a mini sandwich so should have been a quick turnaround. He walked away after cutting the bread and grabbed like 5 more on line tickets and started working on those. We decided to leave approximately 20 minutes of waiting didn’t get to order no communication at all from the employees. Customers in the store are definitely not priority at this location. Just a quick read on our last experience on why we didn’t come back for a year we waited for like 15+ minutes to order. Then waited 10 minutes on food (1 cold & 1 hot) we received the cold sandwich but not the hot waited another 8 minutes and finally decided to ask about it. Took another 5 minutes and the cold sandwich basically eaten by the time the hot sandwich arrived. Then after receiving it the meat was cooked so much it was basically unedible.

I went into this location on Thursday around 5:30 PM while I was in town and wanted a sandwich from one of my favorite spots. I’ve managed a Jersey Mike’s in Alabama, so I know what good service and proper food safety look like — and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

As soon as I walked in, the employee taking my order started coughing, then spit into the trash can on the front line, and never changed his gloves. That’s completely unacceptable for anyone handling food.

I ordered a #8 with no ham, just turkey, and asked if it could be grilled — something I’ve always been able to do at other locations. He told me, “we don’t do that,” and was rude about it. Then, when ringing me up, he charged me for a #7 with extra bacon instead of what I ordered.

When I tried to use my free sub reward, he told me it was 74 points (it’s 72), and when I decided to just leave, he still used my Shore Points without giving me my food.

I’ve called several times asking to speak with a manager — no one takes my name or number, and I’ve been told to “contact corporate.” I’ve tried reaching corporate too, but no one has responded.

This was unprofessional, unsanitary, and completely disappointing. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location needs serious attention from upper management.

Same issue as the other 1 star reviews ive read. The guy up front has one speed(slow) and has no communication skills. Waited almost 30 minutes for 1 sub and watched AT LEAST 3 people leave without ordering. 1 person left AFTER ordering. If you keep running this shop like this, you’ll need to remove the word “fast” out of your description. But “casual” really does describe your workers. Figure it out.

Opening day for the Crestview,Fl store. It was very packed. Service, food and the atmosphere was amazing. The Crestview Jersey Mike’s team handled the rush of in-store customers and door dash drivers promptly and with great attitude. The managers knew when to move employees around to speed up service. My sandwich was great.
Fresh bread and all the extras that go on. Every employee did a great job! Definitely recommend anyone to try this store out.

Whatever you do, NEVER place an online order at this store. Third time it’s happened (have only ordered three times from here lol), and each time it’s been the same. Order ready at x:xx, you show up, and you wait 30+ minutes PAST your pick up time, all while walk ins come in and get their subs made. I go to the Jersey mikes in Niceville all the time and never have this problem. Needless to say, only come here as a walk in, never do online orders for this place. South store may be better, but north store is a nightmare.

Pre-ordering food at fast food restaurants is to save time, but if you have to wait again after ordering, why pre-order? They make you order and wait every time, and as a bonus, the employees are rude.. It’s not like this place only makes sandwiches, and doesn’t the headquarters provide training so that the employees are kind and courteous to the customers?

A review from a Jersey Mikes loyal supporter! Last night I ordered delivery from DoorDash – a regular #7 (pictured) which is a turkey and provolone (my favorite sub btw). It was delicious! Packed with flavor and didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately it took two hours. I’m assuming it’s because this new location wasn’t ready for the amount of love and support this town was ready to show it! We are all super grateful for your location opening! I was told the reason for the long wait was that orders were backed up. Totally understandable on a busy night before a holiday weekend. Just know we’re patient and here to continue to show the love ❤️

To the owner and staff: we are so excited to have you here! We know you’re probably working on streamlining processes and learning which day parts are heavier traffic and which are lighter. I’m here to tell you you’re doing a great job! I love that you’re close by and look forward to eating there at least once a week for life 🙂

To the DoorDash delivery person Chris: THANK YOU for waiting for my order. I know it was a small one but it was really appreciated. I had two other drivers assigned before you who both bailed so I’m grateful for your patience and follow through!

Just left this location on Aug. 21st around noon and had an amazing experience. I have celiac and when I told the lady slicing the meat that it was an allergy, she cleaned off the machine and had everyone change gloves and clean their stations. Of course it can be embarrassing, but she was so kind and made me feel not awkward about it! Thank you so much to this lovely lady! I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t. Will definitely come back!
