This is an updated review! My first review i was praising this location. They made a mistake with my cheesesteak and they fixed it with a wonderful attitude and great customer service and my sandwich was amazing. This time was total a different case. I literally just left this location and I ordered a club supreme, regular and you should have seen the amount of meat they put on there and it look like straps of meat because it was the end part of the roast beef. Clearly she had an attitude when I asked is that all the meat that comes on there and told the other worker just put more meat on there. It wasn’t about the amount, it literally look like nothing because they trying to get whole slices for the end part of the meat. I said nevermind and walked out but I forgot I already paid for it so i just let her finish making it. The part that got me the most when she finished making my sandwich she sled my sandwich across the counter while still standing in front of the cutting board instead of placing it my hand! She did said have a good night with an attitude and i said you too. Everyone that ever ate at Jerseys Mike now their subs are expensive but its worth it because the quality, they give you your money worth and their subs are delicious but at this location, I’m not paying 14 dollars for strap pieces of meat from an end piece, poor customer service and my sub to be sled across the counter at me and thats why I had the update this review because the customer service experience at this location decreased very low. I guess because they did hired new people and they basically younger generation. I will go to the one on 23rd Street, I will not be back at this location because this is the second time they made me feel uncomfortable here!

First time at this location. Never again! Would have never thought the quality of food could differ so greatly from one location to the next. Wouldn’t have been as bad if the employee would have even cared when I very nicely asked them why the bread was cold and the cheese was not melted at all… On a philly cheese steak as that is not how it usually comes. No offer to fix it or anything just looked at me blankly. Very disappointed after paying 53.00 for only 2 meals.

The employees were nice, though not in a hurry to get the sandwiches out but more worried about you paying before it was done which is whatever, got my 16 dollar regular size sandwich ( and no that’s not a combo) just a sandwich and it’s hard as a brick ! Do you think when handling the bread they can not feel it being that hard ? Absolutely a waste of space this place takes up ! You got my last dollar and it’s unfortunate because Jersey mikes is my favorite.

There were three people working today (around 5:30pm, Sunday the 25th of July) and they didn’t listen to what I ordered. I stopped them before they made the wrong thing. The place was a mess but two of the employees had time to sit on the counter and look at their phones. Last week they ran out of bread at this same Lynn Haven location and we went to the 23rd St location that had plenty. We will not be returning to this location in the near future. It was gross.
