New location with great food and competitive prices. Appears to be a bit of micromanagement of new employees, making them a bit nervous and self conscious. Hopefully this will improve with time & experience. Not sure of the address of this location as the receipt shows 695 Kristine Way while the address number above the door shows 659. Great food!

I don’t know exactly what’s going on. Crew used to be friendly smiles. Hello hi employees are making a lot of mistakes that I’ve never seen happen before I haven’t seen the manager much. I don’t know if she’s sick, but this is to you, darling. You need to snap that back in to place missing items for forgetting to put them things in the bag scraping mistakes of a sandwiches. It’s not the same store. Hope we see you again soon and you whip them into shape because the new employees are not the same.

The people who served us were great. It just sucks for a sandwich shop we cant toast sandwiches or have black pepper. They said a guy named Jose is in charge of that so whoever that is, is not doing a very good job with options for customers.

Was in line and the people behind me got their order taken before me. No big deal, mistakes happen. The next employee walked up to finish their order and thought it was mine and I informed them I hadn’t had my order taken yet and it was the people behinds sub. They said my order has to be took back behind the 5 other people that has now showen up. (The line never moved, so we all had been standing in the same spot). They missed me and took the order of the guy next to me a foot over. I know mistakes are made but I’m not waiting for 7 more orders because you made a mistake. Needless to say, I left, and got a sub next door.

Sat down for lunch a few days ago and was amazed at how well the crew worked together and the manager was absolutely great. Stayed on top of everything from helping crew to helping customers and just keeping everything stocked and clean. This location is as good as it gets. As a former franchise owner I’d say they chose a great team leader for this location. And the food was great!

Had lunch here today was very disappointed with the way their supervisor was yelling at her employees! Kendra needs to learn how to be a leader and a supervisor and not yell at her employees with a store full of customers ! I won’t be back while Kendra is still supervising/ yelling at employees in public…. very disappointing !!!

If I can leave 10 stars I would, I’m a senior who never tried Mike’s and I came in and gorgeous young lady goes by the name of Angelina me feel welcomed, I have social anxiety and she greeted me when I came in , she helped me make the tastiest order, if you come in look for Ms.Angelina, May God Bless Her.
