Been craving this forever but I live 30 minutes away. Today I was happy to drive all that way to FINALLY get my sub. Place was hopping. I ordered thru the app picked up my order already tipped on the app and I was on my way. It was nice outside every table was full. They know what’s up super friendly even during a rush, super clean and always make my belly happy! Keep up the great work

Young employee extremely rude to clients and coworkers. She acts like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and is just down right nasty to others. Never had issues at this jersey mike, up until this young lady. She needs more than just being spoken to. Absolutely horrible service. Spoke to manager and he said he’ll talk to her, but I’m sure nothing will happen. Will be letting others know.
Especially to be the villages location? Absolutely poor customer service by this employee and actions should be taken. I will be going to cooperate.

This has to be one of the worst stores we have been to. 6 people on duty but 1 working, one manager filling mayo bottles. One cleaning the grill at 5pm. Dirty floors, lettuce all over the work floor area, a huge glob of mayo that everyone stepped over.
The wheat bread was hard and stale. My wife threw most of it away. We were on the road to home before she tried it.
We love JM subs, but this store needs more training, better supervision and a crew that cares about the customers.
I’m not sure but don’t they build your sub on a sheet of paper? They sliced everything on the bare countertop.

Jersey Mike’s is a nice made-to-order Sub Shop. They have their Special Subs and you can have them Mike’s way or your way. They have a mini, small and full sized subs. They also have wraps. And you can add a drink and chips to your order for a ‘meal’. Every sub is made fresh with the coldcuts and cheese sliced fresh just for your order.
Our guest had a Philly Steak Sub, Jack had the Capicola and I had the Veggie. The Philly was very good but the only complaint was they make them in the back so there was no option for adding an ingredient. The Capicola was excellent, just the way it was ordered. When I ordered the Veggie, the gentleman who made my sub first thoroughly cleaned the slicer as it was used for both cold cuts and cheese. An important thing for Vegetarians so it was very nice it was done automatically. And it was a very good sub. Just wish they had olives or peppers to add to the sandwich. But all in all a very nice lunch was had by all.
The restaurant itself has handicap accessible parking entrance and restrooms. It was clean and the staff was very, very pleasant, an important ingredient to a good meal. Also, it doesn’t break the budget. Nice, nice and nice.
It is open every day from 10am to 9pm

I had the best service and sandwich from Ms. Adrian and Jamal. Ms. Adrian was very welcoming and personable. They accommodated me with no problem due to all of my sandwich modifications. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, even from other jersey mikes. They were amazing. I will add a photo for my next review!
Edit: I went back yesterday and it was horrible. The lady was nice but my cheesesteak was rushed and I didn’t get what I asked for. If Jamal or Ms. Adrian isn’t there I will probably not order. It’s unfortunate because I was late getting back to work thinking I would get this amazing sandwich and I didn’t. It wasn’t picture worthy. I won’t remove the stars because the customer service wasn’t bad and the original people make this place great!

I stopped in after 3pm on a Wednesday, in late March, and IT WAS BUSY!! No problem. The outstanding crew handled the rush efficiently w/o skipping in quality. I was in & out in good time. I watched 2 #13 Gigantic size before mine & they were excellently prepared! I ordered a reg size roasted chicken breast–Mike’s way. It was prepared perfectly. Everything was fresh: the chicken, the fixings & the Rosemary bread. The crew was pleasant, cheerful, swift, attentive & very professional. Kudos to them!
