I walked into the door. No one said hello. They were in the very far back. There was three of them in there. I noticed that she took my bread and cut my bread up on the counter by the slicer. I don’t know if that’s something new you guys doing I thought you cut it on the cutting board. The sandwich was very good. I ordered a sandwich and a glass of tea and I went to go make my tea and they told me they were out of tea at 5 o’clock at night. They had broke down the tea station, so disappointed because your tea is so good.

Ordered online. Waited patiently 30 plus minutes past pick up time with others as in store customers were the only ones being helped. I asked the male employee if the sandwich being made was mine as he drowned it in spices. He said yes. I said I asked for light oregano. He said it’s not to much. I asked him to just take the tomatoes off and it would be fine. He put new tomatoes on and proceeded with 6 shakes of seasoning. I stated again I didn’t want that. He had more comments. I asked again just take the tomatoes off and do not add any more seasoning. He added more again. I told him I didn’t want the sandwich. He said he wasn’t refunding me. I left with nothing having already paid online. I called to speak to a manager. It gave me the wrong store but apparently she is the owner of all. She blamed the employees personal problems. As if a tit for that on personal problems made an inedible sandwich okay. Well, seeing as how you could get a sub for $3.95 that day I blame the owner for having 2 employees on shift. Trying to save money so they can have more money in their pockets meanwhile the employees are getting their butts handed to them so yeah I blame the owner. And I never got my refund for the food I never received so I am having to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. Stealing from customers, overworked employees, understaffed but the owner made bank off of all the business that day. One of the many reasons I stopped eating at Jersey Mike’s in this area bad service but now I see it’s just a bad owner.

I placed a mobile order at 5:44 PM and arrived at 6:00 PM for pickup, but my order had not been made. An employee checked the receipt and told me they did not have the bread I ordered and there would be at least a 10 minute wait just for the bread. I did not receive my food until 6:35 PM, nearly an hour after placing the order.

There were only two employees working, and several customers were waiting, including other pickup orders. This location consistently has long wait times like this, which is why my family usually avoids it, despite eating Jersey Mike’s regularly.

Mobile ordering should not be available if orders cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe, as it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

If you are in a hurry, I recommend going to the River City location or the State Road 200 location instead.

If you’re thinking about stopping by the Jersey Mike’s in Wildlight, do yourself a massive favor and go literally anywhere else. I walked in hungry and left disgusted.

While food was being cooked, the staff was actively cleaning the hood with chemicals. Yes, chemicals dripping from above while someone was grilling. At one point, the hood even started leaking something down toward the cooking area. I wish I were exaggerating. Nothing says “bon appétit” like mystery liquid falling near your sandwich.

And it didn’t stop there. The rest of the crew seemed to be in the middle of some kind of deep-clean free‑for‑all. Fridge parts, equipment pieces, and random components were scattered across the countertops where food is normally prepared. When I asked what was going on, I was told, “Sorry, we’re having a cleaning party.” A cleaning party, during active food service.

Doing this kind of teardown cleaning while preparing customer meals is absolutely unacceptable. But I was starving, so I rolled the dice. Predictably, the food was as bad as the experience. Sloppy, off‑tasting, and honestly hard to trust after watching the chaos behind the counter.

Save yourself the disappointment. The other local Jersey Mike’s locations know how to run a restaurant. This one clearly doesn’t.

We stopped at the new Jersey Mike’s on William Burgess Blvd in Yulee while traveling back to Orlando, and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bread and condiments were very fresh, and our subs were delicious—just what we needed for the drive. There’s also a nice sitting area in the back of the store where you can enjoy your lunch outside. We’ll definitely stop here again on our next trip!

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to. It’s a new store and they can’t keep a store manager. Sandwiches are sloppy and tasteless.

Walked in to your establishment and there was no one up front. 4 employees come walking out the back, no hello or welcome. When asking for what I would like to eat I got an eye roll and a huff because I wanted at hot sub. I tried to be nice and just ended up asking for a cold sub. Then I wanted a glass of tea and was told they did not have any. It’s 5:30pm how do you not have any tea. I sat down inside to eat and noticed that they had pulled up all their mats. I felt as if they were just trying to push me out the door.

I went in not knowing what to choose, it was my first time there. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick the most delicious cheese steak sub I’ve had and gave me a free drink! This is the customer service we’ve been missing at so many establishments. KUDOS to the management for selecting an amazing team. I will be back!

Was very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered online went right when my sub was supposed to be ready. Waited for 25mins before I hopped in line for someone to help me. Guess what the reason they didn’t make my order was because they were out of the sub I ordered. I could’ve saved 25mins if they had anyway to let me know. Nope just bad customer service. Sent jersey mikes an email and no response and no credit for the points I used for that sub.
