Made an online order went to pick it up had to be at work they haven’t even started my order said they had to get people in store first and walking waited over an hour so what’s the sense in ordering ahead of time it’s ridiculous. They lost me as a loyal customer.

Horrible, placed my order online when I got there she was so rude hollering saying if you got a pick order it ain’t ready. When it was ready sitting on the counter. My sandwich was so soggy fell apart everywhere felt like I was eating slop. Wasted of money also I was on my lunch break so I figure by the time I arrived my sandwich was done!!! I thought it would be better than subway but just as bad.

very bad customer service, placed my order at 11:30 waited almost 2 hours. came back in since i was still missing a sandwich they wanna roll there eyes when i’ve been extra polite. never coming back!!!!

The food is ok but I have done orders and it has taken 20 minutes sometimes despite not a soul being in the building. I have also placed online orders and they regularly forget entire subs and then take 20 more minutes to make something that should have been there in the first place.

Always!!! Always do an awesome job!!! Customer service is best I have had in ages!! Love this store and its employees! The manager Cassie and her crew go above and beyond for their customers!! Please give them a raise or some incentive to keep up the wonderful job they do! They keep the customers coming back for not just the delicious food but the kind and great service!!!! Definitely a five star in my book!!!
