So I’m a semi-regular patron of the Jersey Mike’s in Brunswick. I pretty much order the exact same thing every time that I visit…it’s a #13 Mike’s Way. I just really like that sandwich. But ever since they opened, there’s been this one guy. I don’t know his name, but he’s been in there each time I’ve ordered a sandwich. And you know what, he has the best personality, he’s super friendly, attentive and is non-stop working. So two thumbs up for this guy. I’ll catch his name the next time I drop in. Great experience today and the sandwich was perfect.

Tried ordering ahead of time, and first time downloading it and all, and it would only let me place it over a hour later for pickup, it also required I order like 5 sandwiches, and also said the store was closed at the same time. It was fine in person, and the staff were nice when I was placing my sandwhich.

Great sandwich, Mike’s Famous Philly; HOWEVER, the attitudes of the two workers is Absolutely unwelcoming. This is my first visit at this location and only my second time eating at a Jersey Mike’s. Not saying it’s my last, but geeewhizz, the Sour faces, no greetings, snappy responses, is definitely a show stopper for me.

Tonight will be my last time visiting this location. I felt overlooked and unseen. There was one person checking out when my son and I walked in the door. No one greeted us. I stood at the “place order” area for several minutes. Both young men working made eye contact with me and neither said a word. They both appeared to be working on other orders — perhaps online or uber/door dash. I eventually sat down, waiting patiently for my order to be taken. Eventually another customer came inside and he was greeted IMMEDIATELY. The young man stopped making whatever order he was working on and proceeded to take the other customers order until I stood up and firmly stated that my son and I had been waiting for our order to be placed. My son’s order consisted of a sub with only meat and lettuce. I decided not to order anything. I paid for the sub, someone else came out to offer me coupons for my inconvenience which I declined. I’m observing this young man do everything but put the lettuce on the sub and hand it to me. I eventually asked how long I would have to wait after seeing the man cut several different meats and cheeses instead of wrapping up my order. Needless to say — never again will I be visiting this location. I’ll stick with Larry Giant Subs while in Brunswick. They provide the consistency I need as a paying customer.

there was two shift managers in there, and when I say, they lacked any kind of hospitality, I’ll be understanding it while they also completely over portioned the meats, which I enjoy, but would’ve liked any kind of hospitality

Wraps are big, convenient, and delicious! Spinach wrap with mayo, oil, and vinegar – tasty and perfect. They are busy and working quickly to prepare your wrap or sandwich.

Passing through back to Perry from PCB Employees very welcoming despite the conditions .The food was good, but the restaurant was extremely hot inside. All of the employees were visibly sweating, which is very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Even those working near refrigerated stations were soaked in sweat. It’s hard to feel comfortable eating food in these conditions, as I don’t want to risk someone’s sweat ending up in my meal. Clearly, the AC needs to be fixed as a customer i was hot just sitting I understand its the south its hot but as small a dining area this is no fans or anything to help I honestly don’t understand how this place maintains a high health score under these circumstances. I plan to call the health department on Monday because this is not sanitary or safe for employees or customers.

The first time I went there, the staff was still training. The place was packed, but didn’t have to wait long, the food was good, the bread was very good and the whole staff worked very fast.
The second time I went there, there was nobody in the shop, which gave me a bad feeling. Didn’t have to wait long, but the food was terrible, the bread stale and old it was horrible.
Third time went there today, there was only one customer ahead of me and he was taking his time and talking on his cellphone then transferring the information to the guy who was preparing the sandwiches at a very slow pace. Meanwhile the girl who was slicing my meat and cheese was also playing with her dirty cellphone while handleling my food. After 15 minutes, the manager came out, sat on one of the tables drinking a soda. After 5 more minutes I asked him if he was the manager, he said he was, I told him that they were taking too long to prepare the food, he replied that the guy was taking care of the man on the cellphone and I repeated again that it was taking too long. He never got up to help the kid that was preparing the food; the girl on her cellphone didn’t come to help the kid either. I walked out of the store with out my sandwich and will never go back there as long that manager and that crew is there.
To the owner of the shop: having a manager and crew like the one you have right now, is a very good way to loose your business, you are losing customers and you will end up closing the shop.

Haven’t even tried my sandwich yet, but wanted to pop on here to leave the staff a great review. Came in today around 1240 15th of August and the staff was very friendly. Service like this isn’t in every establishment these days, so I’ll definitely be back based on the staff alone.

8/7/25 UPDATE: Brian is the friendliest person I have met. He went above and beyond to help out the customers behind us. (Our order was very simple.) Food was great and the quality of service has definitely improved.

9/11/24 at 6:30pm. The guy making sandwiches needs to go. He truly hates his job and everyone in line knew it. Been to tons of Mikes and this store needs some help.
