This is by far one of the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to. The quality control is pathetic. If I don’t order “extra” meat, I’m given only one layer of turkey and shotty patches of roast beef. This is the Club Supreme. Nothing about this is supreme. Seriously pathetic.

Came in to get a meal at 7:45pm. The three crew were just complaining about they went thru a rush. Took 10mins to get one regular sub with one more couple sitting there. No on else in the store. Would recommend a different location.

Jersey Mike’s is pricey, but I pay it because their subs are normally very good. About a month ago, a young man made my Ham & Provolone sub so sloppy & wrapped it so loosely that it was a big mess when I got home. He had only put 2 layers of ham. I called & the female manager was immediately rude. I told her I had been calling for hours, but no one would answer. She literally got loud & said they are busy with orders in the morning & she had been instructed by her manager not to answer the phone. When I asked why she was speaking to me so rudely, she did somewhat change her tone. She said the meat should have been weighed. She did replace the sub. I usually get a sub once a week from this location. Today, a young woman made my sandwich. She made it just as poorly as that young man did with only 2 slices of ham. She did not spread the ham & cheese all the way to the end of the bread & started doing the toppings the same way. I asked if she could put more lettuce on the ends because it was just bread with nothing on it. I did not feel like training her how to make the sandwich & then she proceeded to wrap the sandwich very loose. I just didn’t say anything to her because I am not her manager. I do not plan to return to this location even though it is close to my home. There is another location across town that I will try. Management needs to observe the way the employees are making the sandwiches & how they are being wrapped. Customers are paying good money & should not have to supervise every detail.

Tried to use a promo code at the desk inside the store that was valid through today. Was told they don’t honor it anymore. I was going to order and pay for a second sandwich but decided not to give them anymore business. Recommend you do the same.

Love me some Jersey Mike’s! Had a great experience today thanks to a super friendly staff member. Dee welcomed me right as I entered and was great about communicating with me and my mobile order. Ordered online a little over an hour before the pickup time. Got here about five minutes early and they hadn’t even started on the order. Then they ran out of white bread and had to bake some more so we ended up getting our food over 20 mins late. What’s the point in ordering ahead if you’re just going to have to wait an extra 20 mins for them to make it? Seems like they need to work on time management and planning ahead.

GF If you are looking for super fresh, amazingly tasty, reasonably priced then you can’t do much better than Jersey Mike’s. In addition to sub sandwiches you can get “in a tub” versions of their wraps and subs. They also have Gluten free bread and cookies! I can’t recommended this place enough.

Worst one I’ve been to!!! I ordered ahead of time online just to have to wait 25 minutes and literally had to watch them make everyone’s food that walked in after me. No one spoke when you walked in, or asked if i need assistance with anything. Never coming back.
