I am so upset writing this but last night was the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had. My husband gave them our order and they messed it up not only once, but TWICE. The young man who assembled my sandwich made it unedible. The pepper relish was leaking out the wrapper and completely soaked the bottom bread. The bread wasn’t fresh and he put mushrooms on the sandwich both times after being told not to due to an allergy. I will not come back here again. I’ll just drive further to the southside. Much better service there.

Don’t use the app to order online. They take care of all the customers that walk in first. Waited 25 minutes for one cold sub. Great food and the staff is doing their best but definitely just walk in.

GF If you are looking for super fresh, amazingly tasty, reasonably priced then you can’t do much better than Jersey Mike’s. In addition to sub sandwiches you can get “in a tub” versions of their wraps and subs. They also have Gluten free bread and cookies! I can’t recommended this place enough.

2/14/2022 approximately 1pm obviously this manager has people who are extremely inconsistent making the food my sandwich has the least amount of meat I’ve ever had from a jersey mikes literally a slap in the face to pay $16 dollars for something like this. Poor quality control for the whitemarsh island store. Avoid if possible.
