My family ordered on 1/4/2026 @ 6:40 p.m. through the app a giant/regular sub to be picked up via drive thru, both with special instructions for bacon to be added on both, however on the Italian #13; bacon doesn’t come on, so the addition was specific for this sub in regards to the instructions. The club sub #8 has bacon listed as a standard ingredient, but was also added to the instructions just in case. When we got both subs, it was evident that no bacon was added, with the exception for the #8 where a very small piece was added to the very end of the sub and 80% of the sub had no bacon as if they ran out of bacon and did not want to fix more. The giant Italian sub had absolutely no bacon at all. We assumed that whoever made the sub did not read the instructions and made it by what normally comes on it. I called to inform them and a young lady answered the phone, I explained the situation and she immediately said-“are you sure because I watch them make the subs.” I told her are you sure because I took pictures of the sub and there’s no bacon, but it was on the #8, however I assumed the whole sub had bacon, but after lifting the bread the majority of the sub did not have bacon. We live for bacon on our subs, so I said that to point out the fact that even though the drive thru is convenient, you really can’t depend them doing the right thing and making sure you drive away with what you asked and paid for, therefore from not on I’m forced to walk inside the store to watch them make our subs; if I choose to come back. The young lady did ask if we wanted them to make the subs over or give a refund for the bacon and we chose a refund for the bacon, so I ended up cooking bacon to add to the subs—whatever happened to making things convenient for the customers?

– they had it ready when i got there, but clearly it was slapped together haphazardly

This is the first time I’ve been in a Jersey Mike’s Sub. Our normal go to sub place has been Subway but I think that is about to change. There were four of us in our party, and we ordered the number 6 (Roast Beef and Provolone) Giant size. That was more than enough food for the four of us.
The staff was pleasant. The place was extremely clean. All in all a pleasant dining experience.

This place is amazing, ALWAYS!!!!! The subs are made perfectly every time, and the customer service is on point, no matter what day of the week or time. Thank you guys for always making my lunch/dinner delicious.

The food was great! The tuna had a little bit too much pepper for my liking but almost ate all of my sandwich. Maybe I’ll add salt to balance it out next time! Otherwise everything was great!!

The food is out of this world awesome but that’s not why I’m writing this review… the girls working her are unbelievable! Sweet to the customers, amazingly fast – the true sandwich artists! Very impressed!
