I love the free delivery, app notifications, and the food is fresh and delicious. Famous Mike Philly Cheesesteak, the club supreme, and the turkey & roast beef are my favorite subs. I also eat their salads. Baked BBQ chips, salsa sun chips, dill pickle or any Doritos. Big fan of kettle chips. I wish they did Coca Cola products instead of Pepsi.

Today I stopping to grab a hot sub because I enjoy the food quality. Sadly however, my order was incorrect and made in such a hurry that food and sauces were on the outside of the wrapped sandwich. (Photos provided) As someone who has worked in a sandwich establishment there is a balance of how much food and sauce to include so the sandwich doesn’t fall apart on the customer. If I had to eat my food on the go this would have been impossible. My hope is that someone from corporate/ management sees my comment and is able to provide some training to either: wipe off the excess from the outside of the wrapper, and possibly food portion training. Overall, my sandwich was delicious and I was able to enjoy it when I made it home.

They were busy. But it was dirty in there luckily we were just driving through to get to Atlanta. The staff was nice, and moving fast. Everyone worked as a team. The young man handling food and walking curbside food out and grabbing drinks he swapped his gloves out each time. But it was dirty in there.

The food is no longer the same. The quality of the menu items are different. Example the lettuce isn’t shredded. It was kind of like I was eating a subway sandwich using jersey mikes bread. Customers come here for quality that’s why the cost isn’t an issue. This location needs more training.

I’ve come here twice before with no problems, but when I tried to call them to ask questions about an order they messed up, it went to voicemail 4 times before someone actually answered the phone only to put me on hold and hang up shortly after.

Update dos: Tried again today out of convenience and not wanting to drive out of the way. Mistakes were made and I think I’m just going to have to cut my losses and never come to this one again.
Update: Even though they forgot my bacon once on the #9 I still attempted to go back because I knew the boss boss was supposed to be there. Even though I didn’t see her on this last trip my experience was good. A little heavy on the mayo but it was good. Trying again today, lol
Do not go to the Jersey Mike’s outside of Gate 1 if you’d like the delicious JM experience. I exclusively go to the one in Grovetown but made an exception given this was on the route. This was my second bad experience at this location and I only came back because I figured it was a one off… Nope, this location just doesn’t genuinely respect the sandwich. The people aren’t necessarily the friendliest either. NEVER again will I go to this specific establishment… Do yourself a favor and drive yourself 6 minutes down the road for a better experience.

HORRIBLE service. Walked in Friday, April 11th, around 3:30pm. Went right up to the counter and ordered. One girl wrote it down and walked off. Another girl slowly proceeded to make the call-in/mobile orders. While she was making those two more employees emerged from the back and just stood around doing nothing. 7-8 minutes after we had given our order the second girl had finished the mobile orders and then all four of them just congregated with their backs to us. Two at them LOOKING AT A PHONE. Nothing was ever said to us. No “we’ll be right with you” or any other acknowledgment. We stood on the other side of a glass partition in an empty restaurant and the employees acted like we weren’t there. I thought I was going crazy. We just left. Can’t honestly rate the food because we never got any.
