This place is beyond five stars! Stopped in for a sandwich on a road trip and was amazed by the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, but also the friendliness of the staff. Tralon, Dylan, Alexis, and Mason (yes, I was so blown away I made sure to get their names) did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Greeted with smiles, they all offered to help. The condiment station looked like it was staged for a commercial the way everything was perfectly aligned and clean. They reset it between each sandwich. Never seen that before. The sandwiches themselves were excellent. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s a time or two and this was easily the best experience I’ve had. Great staff, great food. Definitely worth a visit. I’m jealous for those who live in the area!

By far the cleanest, well-managed Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. Unbelievably careful for my gluten allergy. They guys cleaned the entire store before fixing my sandwich. They had a lunch rush and still made sure to accommodate my allergy.

I’ve been a committed customer for several years now and pretty much order the same thing every time. Today was on off day for me and I accidently ordered the wrong item. I order a 17 when I always get a 16. I didn’t realize my mistake until it was time to check out. The store staff and manager today were over the top awesome! They re maid the correct sandwich without making me pay for the first (a clear mistake on my end) and then let me use my points so I didn’t spend a dime today! This store has the best leadership and promotes the best in class staff. Thank you for blessing me as today was a difficult one for me!!!

Approached the store with a sign posted informing they had ran out of bread and it will be a delay of 30 minutes. When we had entered we were informed of the delay and said we didn’t mind waiting and the employee asked for our orders. After taking the order we offered to pay but the employee stated we can afterwards and we let him know we’d wait in our vehicle and come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later when we had come in to check on the order other people had shown up to the store which was empty prior and were also waiting on their subs. Our order had been lost and we needed order again and wait. Still no big deal things happen and we waited an hour in total and still tipped. Got home to eat and had a hair inside of my sub.

I wanted to give this Jersey Mike’s a try earlier this afternoon, but apparently ordering at the counter will only get you a side glance and you’re expected to wait for the online orders to be completed before you can be helped. I see three employees upon walking in, apparently the little dude walking around iin the back is too busy to help, another has to make a grand announcement that she’s off shift, and dude number 2 at the counter asks if Im picking up, and after telling him that Im dining in, he tells me that I need to order near the end of the counter where the meat case is. Mind you no other customers were there at this time He takes time now at this point to hand another customer his pick up order, and goes right back to working on other orders. Time is valuable for everyone, and I was more than happy to turn around and walk out of this rinky dink joint with the three little parking spaces in front. And I’ll add that at this point I was in the mood for something with better service anyway. Ive lived in this area and was stationed at the Fort long before Grovetown was really known, and swear it was better back then. Everything was basic, and it was what it was. These people around here now want to piggy back off Fort Gordon but the truth of the matter is this place isnt ready for anything. Dont get me started on these papier mache structures that are being slapped together overnight in this place and referred to as new construction. Ive walked out of many “establishments” here due to the ignorance en masse and can’t leave the area quickly enough.

Jersey Mike I just need consistent fresh onions. That’s all. The onions just haven’t been hitting when I order. Besides the occasional onion mishap you’re still my go to place for a yummy sub Quick and friendly place. Italian sub go to!
