Pretty decent Sub and it was right at closing. Ordered online which was simple.

Staff didn’t say one word to me when I walked in. I stood there for about 2 mins before anyone said hello and then struggled to take my order. My order was wrong, still had to wait several minutes to check out. Two female workers had a friend in the lobby and immediately after taking my order went to go talk to her for the whole rest of the time I was in the store, staff was very immature & unprofessional. When I got home my order was wrong. My husband and I frequent this location for dinner a lot, but this staff was awful.

The food at this Jersey Mike’s is consistently great, but the service and wait time for in-store customers are unacceptable. I came in to order a sub and was completely forgotten about while the staff hustled to fill a backlog of online and app orders. There was a long line of people who ordered in person, but it felt like our time was not valued.
I ended up waiting for 40 minutes for one sandwich. It’s a shame to have such a great product ruined by a completely disorganized ordering system. It feels like they’ve abandoned the in-store experience to focus solely on their online business. Next time, I won’t bother walking in; I’ll just use the app.
