This location has the worst service I have ever experienced. Took forever for someone to wait on me. I was the only customer in the store. Obviously to go orders take priority. They were out of ham and steak. There were four employees and not one could complete a job. I ordered four sandwiches to go. They would complete one then walk away and start another task. By the time my four sandwiches were completed, there 5 more backed up waiting. I will definitely think again before I order from this location. The employees acted like they didn’t want to speak to you or even be working.

I picked up my sandwiched on a Saturday at 1:30. Place was basically empty. The two employees that were working seemed put out that I was there and rushed me through the ordering process and were very rude when I asked for certain things. When I get home to eat the very over priced sandwiches, the lettuce is wilted and the bread is hard. I’m very disappointed as this is one of my favorite sub shops around. I’m hoping this was an off day. Please do better.

Placed an order for pick up at Jersey Mike’s in Monroe, Georgia. The bread was completely dried out and terrible. Staff was not friendly. They seem to be very unorganized and confused. Maybe more training is needed. I ordered three subs cost A little over $60 & the subs were not edible. I got there to pick up the food and had to wait 15 more minutes for them to get it finished, but I was happy to wait as long as the food was fresh. But unfortunately, it was not. It was terrible. I took a picture and you can see how hard and dried out the bread was. I worked all day And was going to just pick up something quick so I didn’t have to cook, but unfortunately, the subs were so bad that I had to cook anyways and wasted $60 and time of going in picking them up. Needless to say, I will not be going back there

I enjoy Jersey Mike’s overall, yet the experiene I had today at this location was not the norm. I placed an order through the mobile app for pick-up. I ordered a bowl and a #43 on white bread. My daughter picked it up for me on her way home.
When she got home, she discovered that the bread wasn’t what was requested but their rosemary parmesean bread. Rosemary makes her sick, so I drove back to Monroe, almost a 20-25 minute drive to get it corrected.
When I mentioned it, one of the staff stated that they tried to call me becasue they were out of white bread at the time. I asked if they left a voicemail (as I never received a call) and they stated no. They remade the sandwich with the correct bread. While I waited, I checked my phone and I had no missed calls.
If a call had been made and I didn’t answer, they should have left a voicemail. Or they should have called back. Given that I had no missed calls, maybe they dialed the wrong number, I don’t know. Either way, if a person requests a certain bread, I would rather find out when I go to pick it up that they don’t have it then to have some random bread used that I didn’t ask for. Not to mention, they should have tried harder to contact me about it. I also verified that my phone number was correct, so I know that wasn’t an issue.
The Monroe location is convenient when I’m in the area, but I think moving forward, if I go there again, I will just go in person as I can’t trust that my online orders will be made correctly.

Placed an order for two #17’s, Philly cheese steak, waited over 30 mins. There were 5 people working. I had to ask for my sandwiches, after she cooked it, because they all went in the back and we’re standing around talking. I went to the car checked my sandwiches and they were wrong. This was not the first, second or third time that I have went in and taken forever to get food. This will be my last time .Sat,Nov 12th around 2:30

I am from New Jersey. My wife’s sub was very good. My Philly Cheesesteak was good….BUT NO KETCHUP!!! This Jersey Mike’s doesn’t carry ketchup. All the others in the area have ketchup to go with their cheesesteaks. If you grew up with great cheesesteaks, BYOK (Bring Your Own Ketchup) when you choose to eat here.

My wife ordered a cheesesteak to take home for me. She ordered double meat, double cheese & NO (ZERO) onions or peppers. It arrived home with onions & peppers! Totally Awful!! She ordered take out today because there is never any ketchup in your restaurant. I keep a big bottle of Heinz Ketchup in my refrigerator at home. As a “Jersey Boy”, I love cheesesteaks….but, won’t eat another one from this Jersey Mikes. Bethlehem & Grayson have competent employees & management. If you want a “close enough to Philadelphia” cheesesteak, try the other two restaurants. They won’t be “just like Philly perfect”, but are a lot better that this restaurant’s version! There is a different cheesesteak restaurant right across the parking lot at The Pavillion. We will try that one next. I can think of a better way to spend $22 than eat a cheesesteak at Jersey Mikes (Monroe Pavillion).

Great experience! After a really long day with work and no dinner yet, I tried placing a mobile order but unfortunately they were 15 minutes out from closing so it wouldn’t let me. I gave them a call and they were so kind to let me place a pickup order over the phone. When I got there, my order was ready and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. To top it off, when I got home, I found the adorable note on the bag! It was just the icing on the cake after a tiring day! Thanks for being great!

Ordered subs to go last week came home with somebody else’s called and spoke with destiny. She was very sweet. Took my name and told me to come back and they would take care of it and they did. I just got off the phone with Sam and no worries I’m going to pick up my replacement sub.
