Came in today and got a few philly cheese steaks like I always do. Online ordering wasn’t available and so I just went in to order. I specifically asked for a #17 and a number #43. The first with two things modified and the other sandwich plain with just meat, cheese and the sauce.
We confirmed that a few times after an awkward interaction on the workers end. They come out with one sub that had “light mushrooms” when it was supposed to have mushrooms, onions and no peppers. Then the other sandwich that was supposed to be dead plain had a truck load of mushrooms on it which was essentially a slap in the face just for being an inconvenience. That part was repeated/heard by all three of them.
This review can come down as soon as they reach out to me to give me two free subs on them. Until then, don’t bother with this place. I tip every single time I have ordered 20x times since they opened but not this time.. There is a firehouse subs right down the road that is WAY better.

Couldn’t wait till this store opened. Love Jersey Mike’s! Been a few times. Food was good. Decided to do app because you get points and supposed to get free sandwich with first order on app. Mondays are free delivery also. So order sandwich. No free sandwich, or option for free delivery. Disappointed. Ok… try next time. Get sandwich. HUGE amount of mayo, forgot tomatoes and hardly any meat on my California chicken. Very disappointed. Could hardly eat it after I tried to scrape off mayo. Maybe new people but someone needs to train better or check on sandwiches.
