I haven’t been able to come here very often myself but this store is top notch! The place is always clean, always has good food and the people are always so friendly! The amount on a sandwich will always be worth a bang outta your buck!
The quality of this place is probably one of the top best I have ever came across and I highly recommend if y’all are looking for a great sub shop to dine in for sure.
One other thing, it’s lovely always seeing the veggies fresh all of the time. It always gives you a great feeling to see.

Bryan was phenomenal. I came in a few minutes before closing, and his customer service was exceptional. Most places would have acted exacerbated for serving a customer 30 minutes before closing. Yet Bryan went above and beyond to prepare my order, including suggesting putting the bread on the side to keep from getting soggy since I had a little bit of a longer ride home. Bryan is the employee that every manager wants on their team. As a local Business owner, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service and Jersey Mike’s is killing it!

Manager was acting extremely weird. I observed him rubbing a woman sub on his genitals at the register before he bagged it watched and observed him very closely. due to the fact that they were making my family’s food due to what I had already seen him do definitely disappointed will not be visiting this location again.

As a first-timer at JMS, I found the staff to be a little confused and getting orders mixed up. I was in the mood for a meatball sub, but I didn’t know the overall theme and that they didn’t make one. I went with Philly Steak and was looking forward to the classic steak, onions, peppers, and provolone cheese I had in Philadelphia several years back! That isn’t what I got. I was surprised to learn they use American cheese. That doesn’t mean it’s wrong or that it wasn’t good. It was a different take on the classic… That’s all.

Their subs are so good. I do wish their app had room for adding other options. I now just buy a jar of banana peppers because it isn’t an option to add to my usual sub.

Just got home to find the bread that was laying on the counter when I ordered and they used on my subs was so stale and dried out ,that the outer surface flaked off and the rest was very tough. Guess my dog is eating good tonight. $20 for subs that we can’t eat. Not very impressed
