Placed a pickup order for 5 sandwiches about 45 minutes in advance, and when I arrived, they still weren’t ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order isn’t prepared on time?
It was frustrating to stand there watching them make our sandwiches one at a time in between walk-in customers instead of having the pickup order ready as scheduled. If you offer online pickup, it should actually save customers time — not make them wait even longer.
Really disappointing experience.
Food quality was good and consistent.

Jersey subs are yes expensive but yes they are a sub above. This place was clean and spacious. Several staff on hand.

I ordered online sent my husband and his friend to pick up. it said it would be done @7:30 , turns out they forgot our order while they were all standing around basically empty building then they gave them another 15 mins to make our 3 sandwiches . They went back in only for them to again looked shocked and forgot to make them again and two other Uber drivers who also walked in. One of the people tried to hand my husband one sandwich after we ordered 3 . What is wrong with this place? Even after all of that our food was smashed (like seen in picture) absolutely ridiculous.
