I don’t care if you are starving, DO NOT go here! The employees are rude. They look at you and ask, “what do you want?” They have a chip on their shoulder. Then when you get your meat expect to bite into bones.
Seriously on a turkey sandwich. When I asked them if there was anything they would do for me since I lost my appetite, they told me no and that the turkey comes like that sometimes. Utter trash. Walk away!

I spent over 40 dollars on subs. The guy who made my sub burn my meat. I did not know until I got home. Was disgusted plus I tipped well. Note to self. Check sandwiches and then tip. I will go to another location from now on!!!

Don’t enter the restaurant st 8:30pm because the sandwich maker with an accent complained the entire time he made my sandwich. My husband was on the phone with me and started to yell because of how the server was talking to me. He was acting as if I walked in during closing. I had just gotten off from teaching yoga a block away and just wanted a small sandwich. He was so rude and tbh I’ve never had any issues with him before and I tend to come around the same exact time in the past for over a year now. My husband told me to never return and that next time he’ll come get me a sandwich to see if he’ll bully him since it’s easier to yell at a small petite woman for coming in during business hours. I truly didn’t deserve that. If you dont like your job tell your manager dont mistreat paying customers.

Trying to eat keto is not the easiest when you are out and about and cannot always bring your lunch. Jersey mikes has a sub in a tub that is sooo good. I get the spicy Italian. I love it with onions and pickles and their spicy relish. Adding the oil and vinegar and a bit of mayo. It’s literally the entire sub without the bread. I tend to bring my own wraps that are low carb to eat with my sub in a tub. Or just eat it right out of the bowl. Easy and good. I used the online ordering app which made it very easy to order ahead so I could just run in and pick it up. Very easy and good…

I have not been here for awhile due to unpleasant customer service. Yesterday, 3/21, was different. The customer service was excellent. In addition, the cook was happy to prepare my cheese steaks as requested. Please keep these same workers for a long time!

Gross. I always go to the Holcomb bridge location in Roswell and I love it, tried this place and it’s terrible, they use the jalapeños and green peppers as filling. Dont eat here!

Absolute terrible customer service. I never wrote reviews but this was needed. There was a glitch in their online system and they made my sandwich wrong. I asked them kindly to fix it as a have a severe allergy and the lady at the counter said that it was my fault and I didn’t enter the information correctly and she needed to call her manager to ask if she could remake it. She stated the manager told her she was unable to remake it for free and that if I wanted another sub I’d have to pay for it again. She then proceeded to tell me “I’m really busy you can move aside” I will never give them their business again. Thanks for ruining my already crappy day jersey mikes!

This is a good franchise. They sell really tasty subs that are quick and delicious.
However, this location is among the worst I’ve been to. They’re constantly closing the door, constantly out of the bread we like (relegating us to wheat bread more often than not) and the attitude of one of the workers here could be improved.
We were chastised for liking the food one time. Another time, with 10 minutes left of business operation, she goes and locks the door to deter guests from making her work until the time prescribed on their door.
Ultimately, while the food stays good, the lack of choices and inhospitable environment makes this a location we regret going to every time we crave it. There are other Jersey Mike’s. We will survive.

Listen. I was having just a 0/5 stars terrible day and needed carbs and deli meat. I was flustered as all get out, not remembering how to order at restaurant, and the lady behind the counter made a joke and I swear it was the first smile I had that day. Brought me back to reality and I was a little bit more of a human. The food was Jersey Mikes. If you are going, you know what you are getting. That’s not what this review is about.

Upon entering there was no greeting from the 3 staff members that were standing there, I had to say Hello, how are you guys doing just to get them to look up. The customer service or lack there of was non-existent. I then ordered and asked for the chipotle philly and asked for salt and black pepper extra and got none the meat was still bland and this is why I hate going to other Jersey Mikes because the staff at the Chamblee Tucker location are always great and make my sandwich the way I request and with pleasure. I’m never coming back here. I couldn’t even eat it gross Like who hurt you ladies? Y’all are so angry for just existing ugh!
