I have celiac disease, a serious gluten allergy, so eating out is usually stressful. When I walked into Jersey Mike’s Subs today, I fully expected to give the full rundown about clean equipment, changing gloves, and cross contamination concerns.
Instead, I met Faith, and she completely changed the experience.
Faith took my order with confidence, asked the right questions, and without hesitation gathered all the ingredients from the back. She made sure everything was handled safely, packed my sandwich generously, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of. I never once felt like an inconvenience.
I have been to Jersey Mike’s several times, but today was different. It was an amazing experience because of Faith, someone who truly understands what a gluten allergy means and not just that there is a gluten free option.
If you have celiac disease or a serious gluten sensitivity, this location and Faith specifically made me feel safe, heard, and cared for. That means more than most people realize. Thank you, Faith, for setting the bar so high.

I had never been to this location and was going to be passing through Senoia so I placed an online order for 4 total sandwiches to pick up and eat for the family when we got home roughly 40 mins away.
The order was ready on time, however when I got home 2 of the 4 sandwiches were not correct. I immediately called and the gentleman I spoke to refunded the 2 subs so for that I commend their customer service.

Food was really good but I just wish when you ordered something you got what you paid for. I ordered a sandwich with double meat and I can’t say it looked like that and for $4.00 I feel like it should have been more. Maybe cause I used points for that sandwich they felt it didn’t require it I don’t know but I still paid for it.

We eat here a couple times a month and it’s always made exactly how we ask! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. So glad we have a Jersey Mike’s in Senoia.

This was absolutely the worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. It was so bad in fact that I’ll never return to any location ever. Why? Let’s start with the staff. They were both extremely rude and not nice in the slightest. The girl working the register was also making sandwiches with the same gloves. I watched her repeatedly handle money and push buttons on the register and then make sandwiches without changes gloves. Gross! The lettuce was brown. All the “fresh” ingredients were old looking. Then came the actual portions. They put a super thin slice of turkey on my bread. I politely asked for more meat and the look the girl gave me was chilling. It looked like she wanted to jump over the counter and punch me in the face. Nevertheless she compiled and gave me another extremely thin slice of meat without saying a word. The slice of cheese I was given was so thin it might as well have been transparent. The sandwich itself did not fill me up in the slightest and didn’t taste good at all. All other members in my party complained of the exact same issues (they all got different subs) and we all left extremely disappointed. We used to all really enjoy Jersey Mike’s in general, but wow, this was just bad on every level. Rude staff, horrible food, and portion size for a terrible sandwich with a high price tag. You just lost numerous customers for life!

Veggie sandwich was made so backwards and sloppy. Being from Jersey and spending summers at the Jersey Shore, this sandwich was so far from hitting the mark I will not be back. Moving to Georgia, this was my connection to home. Needless to say, I will not be back to this store.

I’m torn about this Jersey Mike’s location. When I’m lucky, the staff is on point, and my sub is made to perfection. But all too often, it’s a different story. The quality of service and food prep seems to hinge on who’s working the line. Unfortunately, the younger employees often seem disengaged, and it’s clear they’re not invested in making sure my meal is right. When I try to specify how I want my sub prepared, I get a sense of indifference that’s really off-putting. It’s disappointing because I genuinely love the food at Jersey Mike’s, but if I don’t see the employees who actually care, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, they’ll work on bringing consistency to the customer experience.

Subs were great. Store was clean. Standard Jersey Mike’s. The part that wasn’t standard was the staff. Holy cow! What absolutely fantastic people. Everyone was so happy and helpful. It was such a relief to have actually customer service with people who are happy at their job. So nice. Give them a raise.

When the Senoia Jersey Mike’s first opened, the Original Italian Sub seemed like it had a lot more meat on it. The past several times we ordered here, the meat portions are seemingly shrinking. Today, 8/16/2025 the shredded lettuce was turning brownish – Not acceptable for a fresh sandwich and spending a total of $47 for 2 regular combos and 1 stand alone regular sub for lunch. I hope this turns around. Not sure when we’ll return. Next time, Publix Deli sounds good.
