This store is so organized. I’ve never seen such a busy sandwich shop as this one. Every one works great together and my order was completed fast and just as I ordered it. I would say they have a great team that loves their job.

We placed a takeout order over the phone for our family, but my veggie sandwich only had green peppers, cheese, and pickles on it that was swimming in a sea of mustard and mayonnaise. The sandwich had no lettuce, tomato, or onion on it that is a standard part of the veggie sandwiches I’ve gotten at this location for 15+ years. I don’t really understand how this mistake happens since it’s never happened in the 20 years I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s, but this is ridiculous. I think I’ll wait until they get some new staff and better training before coming back to this location.

This Jersey Mikes used to make great sandwiches. Lately they’re very thin. We gave it another try tonight 12/13/25 and it was worse! Mostly onions. What’s going on? These sandwiches aren’t cheap but now they’re like Subways which we hate. And the Provolone cheese is almost invisible.

This is the best location I have visited. All the employees are super friendly and prompt. I have never had an issue with the amount of toppings on my sub. Today I had the original Italian cold sub. Generous portions of ham, prosciutto, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni, topped with provolone cheese. I normally get the turkey and provolone. I haven’t ordered anything here I don’t love. All the ingredients are always fresh and the tea is great as well. I went during lunch time and was in and out within 10 minutes.

They mess up every time I order my family food from here. I order pick up & every-single-time there’s something missing AND they mess up the orders you do get.
I’m writing this review in the parking lot while my husband gets the missing ingredients for my sandwich & the entire sandwich for my daughter.
I need new sub suggestions. How’s Publix subs been y’all??
