Everytime I go here there is always an excuse as to why they weren’t able to do my order in a reasonable amount of time. I have ordered online and still had to wait I ordered in person and somehow get fooled that they were doing my order and leave for a few minutes to come back to them not even starting my order. There is always an excuse which is a lie. Some honesty and responsibility would be nice from this place. Their attitude is horrible and I question the leadership and ownership.

So happy Jersey Mike’s came to Jasper Ga. I had never had Jersey Mike’s before they moved here. They have the best Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. My husband loves their turkey and provolone. The service is fast and pleasant. Good work.

7/29/23 – We’ve stopped here several times since our visit & review below & each time the Original Italian has been as good as the first. Until this time. We ordered the same sandwich & when we got home there was no cheese, it appeared at least one layer of meat was missing, there were no onions & no tomatoes! Overall it was Subway quality – POOR! The young man making the sandwich was obviously in training as he kept looking at another employee to confirm what he was doing was right. Well, that totally failed & we spent $22.42 for a very disappointing sub we ended up throwing away 1/2 of. For this visit we rate it:

Stopped by tonight (12/10) at about 5pm. The store was really slow but both employees were working their butts off cleaning. They were kind, helpful, and made some amazing sandwiches for my work crew and I. Sorry I didn’t get their names but they definitely deserve a raise.

Today, we decided to give Jersey Mikes a try. Service is terrible and slow. I was the only customer ordering at the moment. Soon, about 4-5 more customers came in. I placed my order about 5 minutes before anyone else. After waiting and waiting, I noticed that people who ordered long after I did were getting their order and heading out the door. I asked about my order and they had my order sitting there next to the cash register. They never called may name. Turns our they are calling out numbers? #$%^ When I placed my order they asked my name and I saw them write my name on the ticket. Seems that somewhere along the way, they decided to call out some kind of magical numbers and not your name. The Subs were good but cold by the time I got them. The team here does not seem to have the process down. If you want a good sub, go to Firehouse Subs. Jersey Mikes in okay, service and attitudes are not good. If you are trying to manage your high blood pressure, stay away from this particular Jersey Mikes.

Made sure to get there by 8 p.m. so the grill was still on and going. The grill was off because the kid was cleaning it a hour before closing. Had to go elsewhere to get dinner for the third time. I would really love to speak to owner or manager over 17 years old. It’s a business that is supposed to provide a service and it does not.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Me and my husband always get the same thing everytime we go. I happened to look at my receipt and noticed we were charged 3x for a drink and chips. So looked back at the last 4 times we visited and realized it happened those times too. I brought my receipt to the manager and the lady that rang us up to show her what had happened. She said she had noticed that happening alot lately. The manager really did not care or apologize. I did get my money back for that visit I was overcharged. So always check your receipt.
