I come to this location at least twice a week . The new staff has been great . But today it was Regan’s first time making our hot sandwiches. Let me tell you this was the best sandwich we have had in a while. We got the number 26 and a 42 giants we save the other half for dinner lol . I’ve been watching this young man working and he stays busy all the time . He did an outstanding job on our food that I had to post about it. Please keep him happy so he stays . Thank you so much . The worst jersey mikes I have ever visited. The taller gentleman seemingly managing the store was constantly complaining about sandwiches in specific orders. When I ordered gluten free he told me it would be a whine because he was making bread sandwiches. I created an online order and ran other errands while I waited. When I picked up the sandwich, it contained next to zero meat. One slice of ham, 2 turkey, one half piece of bacon. It was obviously made in a hurry and with spite. Every other JM makes gluten free sandwiches on a paper to limit cross contamination and most people working in a sandwich store are happy to do so. Lowest customer service and rude staff member.

This location isn’t the best. Try elsewhere first. One day they give a kid a roast beef sub and the next day (literally, my boy wanted the same roast beef sub the next day) they refuse. I’d think it would be ok to choose roast beef for a kids sub, but they won’t consistently allow it. Just a bit rude about it overall. With it being a new location I would hope they would want to be extra kind to help grow the location. Guess not.

The first time I ever visited this Jersey Mike’s the store was extremely busy and I was instantly greeted by “Brian” who was very kind and handled the chaos with ease! I enjoyed a #5 with bacon!! Yummy!!!!

I’ve been to many Jersey Mike’s, and this one has to be the worst when it comes to the quality of cold cut. $18 for a sub and I get a thin layer of meat. All the other ones I’ve been to give a fair amount considering the price of the sub.

Just ordered a pick up from this location. Got into the store 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and as soon as I talk to the front worker I received some attitude when asking if the order was ready. It wasn’t and it was a little busy so I didn’t mind waiting. 35 minutes later my order was finally ready and at that point I was ready to get out. THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDER PICK UP IS TO NOT WAIT. I got home from Jersey Mikes and didn’t even check the bag prior because of waiting so long. Guess what, the order was wrong and they gave me half of a sub even though I ordered a giant.
Long story, the food was good but the attitude, 45+ minute wait and getting my order wrong on top of all of that is why I am giving them 1 star.
