(Food Afficianado) i went to this place as I’ve been before maybe in another capacity, however this night and am hungry so I decided to support this place, I got there and it seems as though they are getting ready to close, I politely ask for a sandwich but apparently the lady thought I was rushing, and replied ” give me a minute”, give me a minute”, as to say am rushing! She finally came not too long after to serve me, at which time I declined and said it was ok and proceeded to leave, at which time I overheard her behind me probably telling her co-worker, I just expect to walk in and tell her what to do, so my question to this lady is, are u not working? And if so is that the manner in which u treat customers, and furthermore if that is the case, i think u should consider another sector of employment. I’ve been to numerous jersey mikes but this one goes down as failure, Ms employee u have to do better

Since this was a quick takeout, I’ll focus on the food and service, but the place itself seemed to be pretty clean, too. The service was outstanding. Lots of smiles and conversation, but in a very good way. Whoever the guy was who checked me out did me right by reminding me to put my number in to see how many points I had. I wouldn’t have thought to do so, and ended up with a free sub…! Aside from that, other little things – I overheard him comment to another coworker how good one of the meats looked. That small comment tells you this guy pays attention to details, and he wasn’t alone. All of them seemed to be in that same mode. The food itself came out quickly and it was really good. Hadn’t had a Chicken Philly in a while. It actually tasted fresh and well-seasoned. JM’s is always kind of treat lunch for me, but I need to come here more often. Good people and good food at this location.

Great service! Fast food equivalent of a PubSub. The team had our sandwiches ready at the same time, they were quick and efficient and offered Mike’s way but didn’t force us to combo but asked.
Usually a Subway fan but stopped in for the first time and pleasantly surprised.
Cheeses: Swiss, provolone, and white American.
Breads: white, wheat, rosemary parm

Stopped in for a quick lunch. As they offer a great variety of hot and cold subs, as well as a vegetarian option i ended up ordering a buffalo chicken sub tossed in franks red hot sauce, white american cheese, chipolte mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, pickles, spices, oil and vinegar. This sandwich was messy, but absolutely worth it. It did have to be cooked, but with that in mind I was in and out in under ten minutes. This establishment was clean. I was greeted promptly with a smile. The portion of the chicken and veggies was definitely enough. This location is tucked away in the corner on the other side of the kroger shopping center. I highly recommend stopping by here for a sandwich.

This is a go-to for our family and they always do well. We place takeout orders and the young staff are friendly, quick, and customer-centric. Just had a mistake on my recent mobile order and they resolved it appropriately with grace. Food quality and preparation are solid. It’s a great choice in our area.

First time visiting here. Ordered a regular Italian. There was so much mayonnaise on it that it must have been a joke. And I love mayonnaise! Perhaps they mistook me for someone they do not like. The people behind the counter were not friendly and a child could have made a better sandwich. It was a sloppy mess.

Ordered a Chicken philly, opened the sandwich only to discover it was a Beef Philly instead. Not a big deal, I took the sandwich back to the store, No issues with customer service the lady at the counter was very pleasant and made me a new sandwich.
Here’s the issue I have:
The lady told me the “brown meat” that tasted like beef was actually chicken on the 1st sandwich. She made me a new sandwich, I Opened the freshly made sandwich, ta-da it’s actually “white meat chicken” I looked at her and said, this is chicken but the other sandwich was definitely beef! What strikes me as odd is that she told me again, the other sandwich was chicken as well but the grill was not clean when they made it?!? So that means the grill was so dirty, it turned all the white meat brown which made it just look like beef?!?! Absolutely Not Ma’am! Please Do Better! Do not flat out lie to your customers, or at very minimum learn the difference between beef and chicken!

We ordered a sandwich last night and it didn’t have any meat, only the equivalent of maybe 6 sliced mushrooms and a slice of cheese. Cost on the large sandwich $21.00. I called to complain and the guy that answered was rude and called me (female) “Bro”. I asked for the manager, spoke to him, he apologized but nothing more. I will not order again from this location, ever again. See the photo of the cut large (should feed 2) sandwich. I ask you, would you go back and pay for that?
