Disappointed is what I am in the customer service I received today from Janzley at Dacula Jersey Mikes. Her other coworker on the other hand was great. I normally visit the Bethlehem location. We are frequent customers and love jersey mikes. I was driving into Dacula and decided let me go try this new location. On my way there I read the negative reviews and thought maybe people were exaggerating on the girl with the piecing but they were not! It’s like her serving me and my kids was an inconvenience to her. Anything I asked or mentioned she gave an attitude. I have two kids they ask questions It takes a few more seconds for me to ask my kids what they want on their sub. My son got a club sub and I mentioned the bacon and its like If she had to pay for the bacon. Sorry for mentioning whats supposed to go on the sub Im paying. She rang me up I asked for a bag…a inconvenience to her. She asked what to drink I said no drink just three water cups. I gave her my cash. She gave me the receipt and walked away. Didn’t give me the water cups..:must have been another inconvenience to her. Her coworker was close by and I asked her pointing to the cups if those were the water cups to which she kindly said yes. Grabbed them myself and walked to my table. I did not give her an attitude. I did not respond negatively to her. I had to pause at one point to really think to myself what is her problem? I was with my two kids but If I was not you better believe I would have told her to check herself. Look at my receipt! Almost $40 bucks for subs! Publix is walking distance with subs too but I went here. A new franchise right of the exit and already such bad reviews. They are all coming from one person. Im not saying fire her but damn give her some customer service training! I will stick with Bethlehem location.

We love Jersey Mike’s, and we frequent the one on Harbins Road because it is the newest and closest one to us, but lately, their rosemary Parmesan cheese has been missing the rosemary. Not sure what’s going on. It just has Parmesan on it. The sandwich is they are usually pretty good so I’m not sure if this is a mistake or a trend.

Food was Incredible!! Restaurant was immaculate! Service was fast, which is important when I only have a 30 minute lunch break. This Jersey Mike’s location is one of the best in Georgia!!

EDIT/UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she was AMAZING! She addressed my concerns and was very nice! I really really appreciate her and give her 5 stars!
We placed and order on Sunday, November 9, 2025 and had the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. It was a mobile order and when we picked up the wrap was EXTREMELY small. When we called in, the guy was very very rude and told us he did his job and if it’s not right then he doesn’t know. He was very defensive and told me I needed to try to find his manager the next morning. We did get a refund but we have never experienced that level of disrespect at a jersey mikes and will NEVER go back to that location. We typically order there once a week for all four of us and they have just lost four loyal customers over his disgusting attitude. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I have been to many JM and have had great service. The food is good but the service was awful at this location. We walked in and no one said anything, the staff clearly did not want to be there. We asked questions about the sandwich and seemed a bother to the staff. They stared at us as if we were dumb and should know, then they forgot key ingredients on our order. Very disappointed with my service today. Management, please address the staff working today.

As someone that travels across the US frequently, Jersey Mike’s was one of the last places to try. The food itself was very good but the staff were miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. Our service in the US is nearly always exceptional….we all have bad days but honestly, its a service industry so I suggest, either get these girls some customer training and support or recommend a change in career path. GBA.

Every time I have placed an online order at this location it has been wrong or missing sandwiches. The food is expensive enough so when I spend $20 on a sub I expect it to be there. Just stick to Bethlehem, you’ll actually get your order there.

Very disappointed with this location. The two times I’ve made an order for pickup had items missing, and this last time had the complete wrong sandwich in the bag. I ordered a roast beef #6 on the bag and it had a Turkey sandwich in it. Very frustrating.
