Huge shoutout to Esperanza at the Jersey Mike’s in Grayson, GA. It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a Jersey Mike’s sub the way I did today. The sandwiches were made with real care and attention, and honestly reminded me of how great subs were growing up in New York.

My entire team loved their lunch — quiet room, happy faces, and not a crumb left behind. Please give Esperanza a great holiday gift and a raise — she truly deserves it! Thank you for making our day a little better.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered online at 720pm. Walked in 735pm. Waited. People walking in and ordering and getting there food. Mine not even started. 800pm ” Oh we out of white bread and bacon. Seriously? I’ve waited for 30 minutes. This is the third horrible experience. Now they are getting a horrible review. I will not spend another dime in this location. Employees have bad attitudes. Complaining.
I shouldn’t be waiting this long for my order while you serving walk ins and not even starting mine.
I canceled my order and left. Waste of time.

Wooooooow. I had not eaten at JM’s in almost 20 years because my veggie sandwich had meat shavings on it. A coupon brought my daughter in. I asked if the slicer could be cleaned. The answer was yes. The young man went to great lengths to be sure the slicer was free of meat. He and the guys working with him were aaammmmaaazing. The sandwich was deeeeeeeeeeeelicious. We will be back…coupon or not.

It’s nice to have another location in the area but my last experience was less than pleasing as there was a hair in my sandwich. I think there should be more precautions taken for dress protocols it’s the most disgusting thing to bite into a sandwich and find a hair laid out like one of the toppings.

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! I ordered my sub “Mike’s Way” and they made it absolutely perfect — every bite was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

The managers and staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.

The store itself was also spotless, which I always appreciate. It’s clear they care not only about the food, but about the whole customer experience.

I’ll definitely be coming back for another sub soon!

So happy that a Jersey Mike’s has finally opened near us! The sandwiches are always fresh and the bread is always nice and soft. Tje store is always clean and this location has some of the friendliest employees. Highly recommend!

Found a hard plastic shard inside my sub from this location. I unexpectedly bit into it while eating and immediately had to stop. This is a serious food safety issue.

I’ve reported it with my order number and hope management takes this seriously and prevents it from happening to someone else.
