The sign for tuna fish sandwich states “made fresh every day”. You would think the worker would have known she didn’t make any today. 10 min after entering at noon with only 1 customer in front of me, she had finished the sandwich for the guy behind me. Then goes to look for the tuna, only to come back and tell me they didn’t have any!! Really?? I know everyone doesn’t observe meatless Fridays during Lent, but you would think they would pay better attn to what customers might want! Totally annoyed since I had to leave without a lunch.

Went in to try the hot Italian. It was pretty good. they were very busy. they kept the line moving. the lady at the cash register told us to let her know how the sandwich was as she has been hesitant to try it. That made me want to change my order.

Never disappointed with the subs here. Lots of options to choose from and cannot really go wrong with any of the selections. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This business focuses a lot on giving back and being involved in local charities. If you haven’t tried one of their hot subs, you definitely should. They offer fountain and bottled drinks. There is also a very of chips and cookies to choose from as sides.

A sub above. Having lived in NJ, I would always get a sub from Jersey Mike’s. And it’s great to be able to have them in other locations and now close to where I currently live. Their subs are made with fresh baked sub rolls. Be sure to try the Rosemary Parmesan bread as it adds a nice extra flavor to your sandwich. And when being prepared, be sure to ask to have it Mike’s way. Mike’s way includes your basic toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards club and earn points towards free food.

This is the worst sub I have ever gotten, $10.15 for a spoonful of mushrooms, cheese and onions and green pepper. Seriously?!!

Subs are good, but… they’re expensive. Baldino’s and Larry’s in Savannah offer same quality if not better, but for better prices. Of course, is it worth it to drive to Savannah? Perhaps. Depends. How long is a piece of string? You pickin’ up what I’m puttin’ down?

Really disappointed with a cleanliness issue I noticed while waiting in line to order. I watched a guy wearing gloves go from making a sub to operating the cash register, taking bills and handling coins…then proceed to go right back to making the next persons sub. All while wearing the same pair of gloves. I immediately left before I had the chance to order. Suddenly a sub did not seem too appealing. 🙁

February 9, 2025. Ordered a takeout whole sub. Got home roll so stale it crumbled as we bit into it. Inedible. Awful…..please don’t give takeout orders your old rollsl. UPDATE…contacted Jersey Mike’s about this situation and they did follow-up and make it right for us. Truly appreciate the customer service and look forward to getting a replacement sub.

What ever crew was in there today should never be allowed to work together again. I was never gonna get a sandwich out of there. So dysfunctional. A Uber eats guy was trying to use google translate to communicate and the worker said if you came to America speak English. Which prompted another worker to cause a scene and say over 10 times you can say that to a customer. Then there was a new hire just tryna learn and have him a job and all this dysfunction is around him how could you even learn in that environment. Then the girl slicing the meat was whispering after you’d order asking you questions. It was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen in there. They should all be fired. No one cared about people getting their food. Or people who might be on lunch break with limited time. Ive always loved the crew in there but idk who them people was. Y’all need to throw out the whole gang and start over
