Ok so I have gotten the same sandwich for years and I went into this jersey mikes for the first time ever and I met a young man named Will R. He recommended this sandwich to me which was close to what I normally got however this sandwich changed my order for ever he was very curious and when I say trust the process with this man I mean trust the process. Will be going back again very soon for this new sandwich

Came in to grab an Italian and the spread looked amazing (pic). I usually don’t have tomatoes but decided to try them bc they looked great! Trent hooked me up with a nice sandwich and Bush was putting on the toppers. I told her I think I might try the tomatoes and she told me they are cut fresh daily!

This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had here they assumed what I wanted on my sub is what they wanted the lady with the dreads made it out to be a problem for asking for me to add to my sub before it was ever even cooked I’ve never had this experience here before but I will never return due to how rude she was honestly if you don’t want your job don’t do it Jersey Mike’s y’all should do better with who you hire I get everybody has a bad day but if you don’t want to do it then go find another job don’t make people feel the way you make them feel I will be reaching out to corporate on behalf of this woman and how rude she was to me it was very uncalled for as I was leaving she had something to say as well I pick my battles and someone and the lack of caring for others will no affect my day in the ways she hoped , while the cashier was very sweet the other employees attitude was quite disgusting

This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s location in the CSRA. The store manager, Stacey, always has the best customer experience. The store is always well-maintained and the food is always good. Along with her exceptional staff, you can’t go wrong.

Hubby loved his cheesesteak sub. Customer service was very good. Place was very clean. Bathroom was clean as well.
