Welcomed on entry. Sandwiches explained thoroughly. Meat sliced & grilled in front of me. Toppings looked fresh & were given freely, but within reason (plenty without being excessive). Worth the price for both quality & quantity.

Very slow, even though the meat is freshly cut to order, the service time could be much better. Really tight on time if you have a short lunch break.

Walked in and was greeted by every single employee that was behind the counter . My order was taken for what I knew everyone else wanted and then the sweet young lady behind the counter told me the two hot subs that were popular so then I decided what I wanted . Subs were made quickly and I was out the door in about 8 minutes . Excellent customer services from the time I walked in until the time I paid for my order . Restaurant was clean .

I am so impressed with the staff at Liberty St, york SC branch who not only made a good sandwich. But saved me a boat load of headache, and rescued my purse, with all sorts of cards. Keys and $ that I carelessly left on a chair.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Everyone in there had a attitude. Around 6:10 on 11/3/2022. I even had to take my sandwich out the bag myself and try to re wrap it right bc they just threw it all together so quick to get me out of there. Very disappointed and I like jersey mikes too.
