I don’t know what the issue was but this is just plain laziness. I’ve worked in the food industry and I would not give someone this. They added lettuce which I didn’t ask for, didn’t add the onions I did ask for, it was squished, not fully cut in half, and I’m just really disappointed. Food costs a lot these days and eating out is a luxury for some people, I feel like you all could do better. Pictures here to show how my food was squished and the bag it came in that was smashed.

Very clean upon entering. Greeted right away. Then served right away as well. The team was busy cooking, prepping, and cleaning as well, while the one served me. Great attitudes by all. Quick and just the way I wanted it.

Went to grab a sub today. Whilst topping my sub the cutting boards was never cleaned, leading to the entire bottom of my sub being drenched it oil. When cutting my sub the trainee smashed my sub because they were just pushing down with the serrated knife and not slicing. All in all I was left with a smooshed soggy sub. (My sub was made by a trainee so I understand the lack of knowledge, but no other employees stepped in to help or correct the mistakes leading to a quite terrible sub and experience.

Went there a few weeks ago. Absolutely, horrible sandwiches. We got two of them and could not eat either of them.
I reached out to them and someone contacted me to apologize and got my address, stating they were going to mail out gift certificates due to my experience. They only do physical certificates and I should receive them in about 5 days.
Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and haven’t seen a thing.
So, I’m guessing their customer service and resolutions is as bad as their food.
Lesson learned. There are several other places to buy subs. I suppose when they lose business they’ll actually care about customers.

Stopped by for a take out order. Best made sandwiches I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mikes. They seemed to really take pride in their work, which I really appreciated. Will drive out of my way again to go to this location instead of the other two near me.

Always fresh, ALWAYS delicious! We ordered 3 different subs (Super Sub, Cancro Special, and Big Kahuna) and they were all great! I normally don’t like lettuce and tomato on my sub, but the veggies are always fresh plus they don’t skimp on the meat. My husband picked up and said the two guys working were extremely nice! It’s rare nowadays to find fresh, delicious food AND great customer service in the same place.

Usually decent subs but this location NEVER has my order ready when I arrive. Every time I I arrive after it should be ready and they haven’t even started it. This time they hadn’t even printed it out and there was only one other customer in there also waiting on a to go order.
Also the LETTUCE WAS VERY BROWN going on black. That doesn’t happen overnight and should have been discarded days ago. I have thrown out lettuce in my fridge that looked better than this. Also, the were not made as ordered online with incorrect toppings on one & incorrect bread on the other. I can excuse incorrect toppings from time to time but that lettuce is inexcusable.

My sister and I went to Jerseys Mike’s because I love there subs. I only go once in a while cause they are very pricey. So we went and ordered our subs. Well when making them I asked about lettuce and tomato and he put it on there. Well we paid and went home and I got a chicken bacon ranch. Well I had some kinda hot spicy sauce on it instead of ranch. So I went back to the store , I was upset because I was inconvenienced and it’s cold I didn’t want to go back. Also because I got all the way home. Well the kids working didn’t say anything they just remade the sandwich. When I got home it was an okay sandwich just not the same as I remember.
A few tips please change your gloves when going from cleaning to cooking and apologize and listen to the customer when they are ordering their food. I understand your trying to get ready to close but my goodness at least pay attention.

Subs were made quickly and the staff were very friendly!! They even had my favorite chips at this location (Baked Lay’s and Ranch Doritos )!!

I really enjoy your subs, so does my family. Who doesn’t cut a large sandwich?? Your employees are so busy socializing and listening to airpods that you have to repeat everything multiple times. Your sandwiches are expensive enough, the least you can do is pay attention.
