Employees were very knowledgeable and made sure my food was made safely. They used clean equipment and put my bread on a new sheet of paper. I got the #7, mikes way. It was great, and I haven’t had a sub in 6 years!

When asked if they wanted the sandwich jersey mikes way my daughter didn’t know what that was. The lady was like lettuce tomato and didn’t say the rest. When she placed the oil and vinegar on it my daughter said I’m sorry I did not know that would be placed on the sandwich. Can you please remake it. My daughter was very polite and apologized over and over again and the staff was rude. When you pay as much as you have to for a sandwich there you want it made correctly and you want friendly staff. This place lacks friendliness. The manager or whomever was cutting the meat didn’t even acknowledge as well when my daughter apologized. Needless to say I would not go to this jersey mikes.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Team ,
I want to share some ongoing concerns I’ve experienced at your Lake Wylie, South Carolina location.

Nearly every time I visit—especially shortly after the store opens—I’m disappointed by the condition of the vegetables, particularly the lettuce. I always look forward to seeing a clean, fresh, and visually appealing food prep area when I walk in. However, what I consistently see is brown, wilted lettuce and a sparse amount of tomatoes in the container. This gives the impression that the ingredients are old or left over from the previous day, even though the staff says they are freshly prepped.

I understand that sometimes produce may brown quickly, but that’s all the more reason to keep it covered or stored in a way that preserves freshness until customers arrive. If the staff is unwilling or unable to replace all the lettuce, the simplest solution would be for them to retrieve fresh lettuce from the back to make my sandwich. That’s all I’m asking for—fresh, appetizing ingredients that match the quality Jersey Mike’s is known for.

What’s even more frustrating is the response I get when I bring up these concerns. Rather than offering a solution, the staff often pushes back or seems irritated. This attitude has led me to walk out without purchasing anything more than once. When a customer walks in, especially early in the day, the store should feel clean, fresh, and welcoming—not off-putting because of browned vegetables and limited produce.

I truly enjoy Jersey Mike’s and want to continue supporting your business, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously. First impressions matter, and consistency in food quality and customer service is key.

Ordered bacon chicken ranch on the app and got a this weird ham sandwich. I picked it up on my break and I didn’t open it until I got back to work and the disappoint I had in my heart, no one should ever have to go through.

I still chose to eat it (wasn’t that good, whoever got my chicken Bacon ranch is about to have a GOODDDDDD day) because it is the only food I have and cannot go back to get it changed (working).

Anyways, I want my chicken bacon ranch

jersey mikes is expensive as it is, and to not get what I asked for is not very nice…

I ordered a Mike’s Famous Philly from this location, and it was absolutely terrible. The bread was soggy, the cheese was all clumped to one side and turned into mush, and the steak was just as bad. I’m still nauseous even 30 minutes after trying to eat it. For the price, this was completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back unless there’s a serious improvement in quality.

Best subs in the area, especially for Northerners. Hot subs are usually grilled and or cooked meats instead of run through an oven which makes for a tastier sandwich in my opinion. Usually staffed by local high school and college students. They have always been kind, polite, and friendly. I have been visiting this location for 6 years and never had any problems. Great fresh food.
