Back in December, I received an order that was incorrect. Bad enough that I had to drive 20-min round trip back. It was a huge disappointment when I’m bringing food home for four family members and one is wrong.

This location just recently opened, so there are kinks to work out and employees to train up. The service was friendly and courteous. The bread was tasty and the toppings fresh. The meat is sliced to order but felt a bit light. I will go back to try again after staff is trained up.

I came to pick up an online order and they have only 1 person working. He was doing his very best to fulfill orders, but whoever runs this store should definitely have more help. Or take the system offline for orders online so that their employees aren’t stuck with insane amounts of orders to try and push out alone.

After bridal shopping all day, this is a quick stop before the next-door. The service was fast friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. My mother and my sister and myself were all very impressed with this location of Jersey Mike’s subs if you’re in a rush or just need a little something this was the perfect place to stop.
