Sub was amazing!!!! However when the employees are making subs the manager is standing over them correcting in front of the public. He’s very micro aggressive. This very unprofessional! Also please consider turning the music down.

I’m glad this wasn’t my 1st time but after buy 3 giant Big Kahuna subs at $20 each it might be my last. They all went to different houses so I didn’t get pictures of them all. The person they did go was trying it for the 1st time. She told me she would stick to Subway from now on. I wouldn’t feed my dog subway.

This is definitely my favorite sub place for cold subs like an Italian. Jersey Mikes always has the best quality ingredients and they don’t skimp on the meat. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I went in once and was told I couldn’t get 1 sub made for 45 mins even though no one was there. Turns out it was because someone didn’t follow the requests for mobile orders and placed a 50 sub order same morning. I kind of get it but it feels wrong to not make 1 sub for someone in store waiting.

Don’t get it delivered. This place is generally ok if you go in person, but takeout/delivered is not up to par. For the high price that they charge for their sandwiches, you would think that they would actually care about the quality of the sandwiches. These were the worst looking/trading sandwiches that I’ve had. Look at the pictures. They put barely any condiments at all. When I called to ask about the quality of them, the employee said that I could come in and they would give me extra lettuce and onions but they wouldn’t remake the sandwiches. These sandwiches were delivered. Why would I drive all the way to their location for them to just give me condiments. I also asked for a manager, but the employee told me the managers only work until 2pm. Then he hung up the phone. Customer service is also not very high on their list either. Very disappointing. There are plenty of other sandwich shops out there that have a higher quality standard and have better customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up an order I placed on Uber eats. Took it home and realized it was made wrong so I returned to the store to get a new sandwich made. The manager (Ryan) was very attentive and apologitic for the mistake. The team worked together and made me a new sandwich quickly.
Ryan handled the situation great and I appreciate his level of customer service provided.

The food is always good but it’s about time for restaurants to serves their store front customers first. When my family of 6 is ordering together… we order together. Not one person at a time figuring in 6 online sandwiches in between each person. It’s just disrespectful.

Everything was fine, just overpriced. It’s a sandwich shop. My only problem with the place is New Jersey price in SC. It would be different if it was the best sub you can get around here, but it’s not… or if the service was amazing, but it’s just mid. Not worth the money IMO. 2 12″ subs (no drinks or chips) and a side of tuna salad was $48.10. That’s crazy to me.

I went there for lunch today and it was amazing. I really like the look since corporate took over the location. It smells clean and it looks clean. It’s very organized. I order my usual Italian sub and it was so good. The workers greeted me as soon as I walked in. They also made sure that I got everything I need. I had so many points to use and my meal came out cheaper. The sub was really good and was made with quality control in mind. I will be back.
