Very quick, efficient, and fresh. Personal service was great, and the order was made right, may seem easy with it being made in front of you, but sometimes sub shops still try to mess it up.
Also; seems like a simple thing but this jersey mikes manager has agreed to have pepper on the line (like salt and pepper), many don’t, this one does!!! That’s a major win. Thanks to the GM for doing that!

My family and I journeyed to Mauldin to see the new location and it was worth the trip. I walked in the door with my four year old and the first thing she said was “it smells delicious in here”. I was pleasantly surprised with the seating options available inside.
The building seems rather small from the outside but there’s still plenty of room to dine in. Bar height and traditional table seating options which I appreciate being a family of four. Restrooms are well kept and stocked which is always important. We took ours to go this time for the sake of my five month old son who isn’t feeling his best.
The staff were all super friendly. Despite being busy at the time, they kept smiling and offering great customer service. My husband and I both got the giant and a regular for my little girl. As you can see I don’t have a sandwich pic, that’s because they didn’t last long.
I can definitely say this location is worth the revisit. We live in Fountain Inn but I received an invitation to try this location by Jed and unfortunately didn’t get to see him this visit but maybe next time.

My fiancé wanted to stop for a bite so I came in with him. He ordered the mushroom & swiss and he loved it! The food came out quickly, everything was fresh, the interior of the restaurant was clean, and the employees were welcoming. Great Jersey Mike location

Me and my family live in Washington state my fiancé was born in South Carolina for me is my first time coming to the state my experience at this jersey Mike’s was very excellent. I cannot wait for my sandwich to eat what pulled me in was the classic van with Jersey Mike’s Logo on it. I was told by employees that the owner or the management that owns the vehicle was thinking about selling it. I personally think it’s a bad idea. I think the positioning of the vehicle is in a bad spot. I hope next time that I come to South Carolina, the car will be there. The staff was very excellent to me even the southern hospitality I hope the management sees this and doesn’t get rid of the vehicle and tell their staff. They did a good job because they deserve it

I always go to the Mauldin location, I met Devin today, a fairly new employee at Jersey Mikes. He made my sandwich perfectly, I didn’t have to critique anything. He made me aware of my next purchase being a free sandwich and provided excellent customer service. Thanks for the pleasant visit Devin!

So, since Wendy’s across the street did not want to bother stopping their smoke break to take our order, my husband and I decided to go to Jersey Mike’s.
Great food and service!!
Jacob did an excellent job .

How about thawing the gluten free bread before the store opens? Thanks for wasting my lunch break and my time. They said it would take 5 minutes to thaw then that turned into me waiting for 20 untill they finally said it would take longer. The customer service was atrocious and they didn’t respect my time. Guys behind the counter had a terrible attitude. Just say it’s not available if it needs to thaw, how hard is that?

I have been a fan of Jersey Mikes for several years and have had their food at several different locations and was ecstatic when they opened a shop in Mauldin. I have been enjoying their steak and cheese subs since they opened. Last week I had a bad experience that kind of ruined my night. But I spoke with Joseph the next day and he was a true professional shift manager and worked to make things right. When I went in tonight I met the manager Jacob who made me a totally awesome sub and was very nice. As a previous business owner I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the totally delicious sub Jacob prepared for me. If your in the Mauldin area and have a hunger for a great subs stop by the Mauldin location. Thank you Joseph and Jacob.

I ordered for my dad. The guy in Mauldin was a total jerk. By the time I got to where we were going to eat we found out that our chicken cheesesteak it was actually a beef cheesesteak for someone who cannot eat red meat. I would never go to the Mauldin location.

My niece had a free sub sandwich for her birthday. Which I never received my free sandwich for my birthday. Besides that she was eating her sandwich as it was so delicious. I took it upon myself to order the club sandwich and it wasn’t for me. Something on it was too salty and the bread was to tough for my liking. I think I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s their sandwich are better in my opinion ♀️
