I have been to powderville location several times but stop going because it was getting to the point the bread was always hard so I started going to Augusta Rd location and they are always amazing and also have black pepper to and to your sub but went to Powderville location this evening because I went to Walmart and Jersey Mike’s is up the street it doesn’t matter what Jersey Mike’s you go to the meat portion is GREAT the 3 Giant Subs I ordered tonight was so sad I have never had a Jersey Mike’s Sub so freaking thin tried my luck at powderville because its been a while WHYYYYY!!!! I have been to Mauldin, Simpsonville, Augusta Rd always wonderful experience Powderville location get it together seems like I’m not the only customer complaining about this

This place generally makes very good subs. However, don’t ever order something using the app. We ordered three subs and all three were messed up in one way or another.
The worst was the large sub where we paid extra for extra meat, and it came out with just a normal amount. When we called the store, the shift leader told us to bring the sub back.
However, the whole point of ordering stuff online and taking it home is convenience having to drive all the way back seems ridiculous.

We visit the Augusta rd location nearly every week. This week we decided to try this location. Never again! We always order double meat on our subs with no lettuce. This location messed the order up and put lettuce without doubling the meat. I often take pictures of my food and can show the difference. When we called to tell them they told us we were wrong and the sandwiches had the double meat we ordered.. well if that’s the case, we will never go back to this slack location. First picture is from powdersville and the second from greenville (Augusta rd).

I went to your Powdersville location this morning to get subs and get my $25 Off Fanatics Promotional coupon. I purchased $47 worth of food including lays chips and 3 Pepsi beverages. I never received my promo code. When I asked the staff about this promotion, they didn’t know anything about how it worked. The one girl even said that all she does is hang the posters and no one ever explains the promos to them. This is unacceptable! I switched from Subway to your company as soon as this Powdersville location opened because their customer service had become unbearable. I reached out to the customer service with the phone app and the response I received was AI generated. I am so tired of AI responses! We will no longer be ordering from your company and will be deleting your app. The constant deceptive advertising practices with small print in your promotional ads need to stop. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with your company forcing me to use your application instead of honoring the promotions in-store.
