Workers were not at all friendly. Ordered a #13 and asked for it to be grilled on the flattop and was told that because it’s not a hot sandwich it cannot go on the grill because of the owner preference. I have ordered this sandwich and had it grilled every time with no problem. Asked for ketchup packets and never got them. Asked for oil and vinegar on the side and one of the tops wasn’t on and it spilled everywhere. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike’s again. I would give it a ZERO rating if I could.

Alison and the staff does a fantastic job..we have been looking for very clean places to eat . With that been said . There’s not many . But you will not be disappointed highly recommend. We take the 30 minute drive just to visit this place. And it’s worth every mile….

I got #13 which is an Italian Sub sandwich on Parmesan Bread. The meat is delicious and the sandwich is thick. I still think Subways (Italian Herbs and Cheese) bread is better because it’s softer.

I placed an order online and made mistakes in the order. The staff at this Jersey Mike’s was so accommodating and helped me with my order. I would recommend them based on my interaction with them. They were professional, courteous, friendly, kind, and patient. Plus, the food is good and made to order. I would visit this store again!!

Been here several times and always been great, except today. I asked for double meat on my #13 like normal and they put the regular amount of the thinnest slices I ever seen and charged me for extra. They said they don’t sell double meat and put more on it then they normally do. Kinda disappointing that they talk to people like that, the bearded dude wasn’t pleasant at all and the guy in glasses who wrapped it up for me either. I’ve got more meat on a sandwich when I don’t order double meat. What a shame

I was so excited to see a JM come to Florence. Worst BLT I’ve ever purchased from this chain(over 15yrs). 3 pieces of bacon on a reg size sandwich. Just wow. Nothing like a lettuce and Mayo sandwich…especially with that price. Horrible.

This place is terrible, causing on who working it use to be clean it’s nasty. Lettuce was brown, and I had to tell them to change it. They were actually putting it on sandwiches, not mines I shouldn’t have to ask to be served fresh anything. Management needs to pay attention to their lively hood.
